Are the $30+ spin n go max ACTUALLY beatable? I cant find any information/graphs on anyone beating these long-term. Too often it's 4,5 handed winner take all, which is much worse than a regular spin n go 2x. I am a sng professional and I have played about 1300 games at the $30's and am on 170+ BI downswing. I struggle finding serious informations about this subject.

We're playing a lot of recreationnal players in spin and go.
Some calls vs all in or open jams can be marginal (like winning 0.01bb) but we've got EV and edge to play futur hands and must care about this factor.

Calling any +EV spots is a mistake vs recreationnal in my opinion.
I wonder how do you factor your edge (in bb/100, ROI or ITM%) into your decisions when facing

Spins players on GG Poker might have seen that you can reach up to 80% rakeback per day. LOL
Day by day, the same players collect the max. rakeback of $700. gg, but I started research to understand the games better.

After reading tons of reddit blogposts and stuff, I have no doubt these games are not beatable pre rakeback. 8% rake at all stakes is just insane.

Recently I folded a top pair good kicker hand (pair of Aces) due to the two enemies going all in on the turn, with about 15 big blinds each. One of them had top pair bad kicker but the other had two pair.
