I'm looking for any players from Rochester NY, that know of a live .5/1.00 NLHE to 1/2 NLHE home game, that I might be able to earn an invite to, or if anyone is looking to meet new people and are willing to get in on a home game. I have a few buddies (3) including me that are down to play, but we can't seem to get people to consistently want to play. We really don't know many people that play poker, which makes it hard to get a game. So if
The entire $30/game buyin goes into the pot, nothing to the hosts.

This thread will be used for the listing of 'non-traditional' games that YOU are hosting. (read: games with tipped dealers, games with any type of fee, and raked games not held in brick & mortar cardrooms.)
Please only post your game one time. You may reference the post occasionally in another post, in a reply to someone looking for a game, but don't spam your game or you won't be able to list it any more.
Seeing as i live in a small, isolated state, i've had a difficult time forming a relationship within the poker community. Before i became familiar with 2+2 i was basically just talking to myself about poker. Thus, i'm curious who's a reg from the green mountain state and may want to talk hands sometime or get a home game going. Let this be the VT thread, home of 400,000 rednecks and 100,000 ski bums. Weeeeee
I've been out of the live poker scene in NYC for a while and I'd like to change that. I'm looking for a low key game run by someone who has a history in the community, not someone with >100 posts and a relatively new account. There also seem to be some facebook and meetup.com groups that advertise pretty openly, but I'm thinking I probably shouldn't trust that. Anyways, if you can help me out or even point me in the right direction, please
Was wondering if someone has an open seat to any low stakes NL games in the area. Brantford is too much of a trip for me to make so would be nice to play something more convenient here. Somewhere I can play with other poker nerds like me!
So if anyone has an open seat, or needs a person to sit in on one of their games, send me a message
I run a regular, host-dealt, small-stakes game in Boston, Massachusetts. It features a curated list of fun and welcoming players.
This deep $1/1 game has been running about weekly since last fall. It typically fills up and often has a waitlist. I attribute its success to the care I give to my guests and their experience. That attention converts to word of mouth, which attracts fresh players and keeps the game healthy.
Got the poker itch but no longer have any poker buddies. Closest poker room is nearly a 2 hr drive. Any home games in the Champaign Illinois area that i could join?
