I opened scam hyperlink in Text Message

I stupidly opened a scam hyperlink on my phone but didn't enter any details. Any thoughts or advice would be welcome.

Browser's are a containerized sandbox processes designed so that your device can connect to the most doubtful, infected websites, and still not cause issues to your phone, (unless you specifically download a file and execute it).

If you just opened it and then closed it, it's like getting a blowie with a rubber on. You'll be fine. Now, if the website convinced you to take off your rubber and do something else like install an .exe or .apk, then be worried.

I realised in about a second what id done and closed the window. Thanks for the reassuring response, appreciate it.

Not only would I have closed the window, I would have IMMEDIATELY shut down the system to keep it from mounting or loading the Trojan.

I think the advice from the other posters above is sound.

If you provided further details (eg, passwords, credit card numbers) then you should change them.
