Hello. As a beginner, how do i build an effective bankroll management? and why is it important?

So I'm returning to online poker after a significant break and I want to buy some courses to get up to speed with what online poker is today (hand charts, which tools to use-solver/tracker, strategies etc.)

I'm asking mainly for cash games(6max), for begginer-intermediate level.

I did some research and for what I could tell Upswing Poker and BBZ seem like the best choices? Am i wrong here? Which one do you guys recommend and why, feel f

Are there any books that are still relevant today? I’m trying to do some studying - mostly into the math side of things and exploitative play.

Already have GTO+ and have done solves for all the major spots using GTO Wizard ranges.

So in Mexico there’s a Poker variation called “Mata Aces” (“Kill Aces”). It’s a no-limit game that appears to be a cross of Stud and Hold’em. Its mostly high-stakes games, with stacks sizes averaging between $300 for low-stakes, and up to $2,500. Do the bots react to you, will they respond to different play styles?

Do the different bots maintain the same play styles on each profile or is it randomized each session?

I'm only a few hundred hands in but winning 1.06 bb per hand (which is obviously a heater) but I don't really feel half as challenged as if I were playing even NL2
