I qualified for a live 1 million guarantee tournament via satellite. The tournament has 3 day 1 flights where the top 12% advance to day 2. 40 minute blind levels which start at 100/200 w/200 BB ante. I looked up the tournament’s history, and day one typically ends around the 3/6 - 4/8K level after receiving around 800 - 1000 entries. The entry cost is 1.1k so I’m expecting some pretty tough competition.

It's wild what's happening inside this poker room. Last I checked, they had exceeded the GTD, sitting at around 1.7 milly after 3400 entries. 1K instantly gifted out if you bag, and 3K if you double bag. Today was the final flight for day 1, and I couldn't believe the player pool. It legit feels like the players haven't left 2007. Blind and ante structure were a little weird, and max late reg was 25bbs!

Anyone else play in this?
