Winamax problem

Winamax is not tracking my hands. In the room it tells me that it is disconnected. Since H2N the Autoimport is correct, but suddenly it stopped tracking my hands and I can't find the error. Could you help me?

Hello,

If you are playing MTT, there may be issues with importing hands into Hand2Note 3. Unfortunately, right now there is no way to fix this problem, as the latest Winamax update changed the hand history format. We've already forwarded all the information to the development team, so we should wait for the release of new program versions.

At the moment, Winamax tournament hands are being imported into Hand2Note 4 without any issues. As a temporary solution, you can use the new version of the program. There is no need to uninstall Hand2Note 3, as both programs are independent and use different databases. Just make sure not to run them simultaneously.

However, if this issue is with Hand2Note 4 or hands from other game types, we recommend checking the auto-import settings. You might have changed your nickname in the room, or the hand history path may have changed, and the old path is still set in the settings.
