Well if you want an answer most of my back training is centered around pulldowns (small to mid grip) and T-bar rows.
That's basically it that I do right now honestly.

How long have you been working out for?
Ive been on the grind for 12.5 years, you must match that I guess?

Since 2008 on my 19th birthday. But I did olympic lifting and strength based stuff until 2018 when i switched to bb. Made a ton of stupid mistakes but I think I'm on the right track.

Thanks man; I do relatively few pulldowns tbh. T-bars I like chest supported by the movement feels bad when i do the free weights version.

I might not compete ever again.
Why?
Because I would like to compete internationally and for that I need to be on the whole pharmacy of steroids. And I wont ever do that again.
