I will not be journaling every ****ing hour going forward. This week was monumental for my poker journey.

Not really. I don't write them down besides for the odd ones I send to McLovin. I lost most of the big pots I played this past month and finished in the red. But I crushed it this week with winnings and rakeback.

Also, thanks for your unwavering support my brother.

They will rename the wsop to the world series of MICHAEL. Norman Chad will call me the Bobby Fischer of poker. Everything will be in its right place.

To the trick question of, "Who was the man who sold the world?", the answer is Kurt Cobain. Of the Seven Greatest Rock Bands in history, only one of them ended it at their absolute peak, and that was Nirvana's frontman. His suicide was among the very saddest events of my lifetime, it was way before his and the band's prime, so profoundly and unapologetically sad, I can't help but reflect on the new year as another one without him. We all miss you, Kurt.

The Orleans promo is renewed only for the next two weeks. If it ends, there will be no substitute for the $600 windfall and I will feel sad about playing for 1/3 less money.
