ITM staking in tournaments

Hi,
I would like to know how to approach staking in tournaments that are in the money.

GGPoker has that feature, that you can sell phase tournaments if you made it to Day 2. That also guarantees ITM.

It is using an adjusted stack formula to calculate the price per 1% share.

My question is, how should someone set the correct MU for this kind of staking? Lots of people selling with MU 2.00, but some are using 1.25, both through all kind of stack depths.
