Omaha MTT Raise Sizes

Are you guys using only pot-size open raises in tournaments, or more like with holdem (2.5-3x, decreasing a little as the blinds go up)?

I've been trying that, just to keep pots smaller, but I don't know the modern theory on what you should do.
