I get the impression that villain is tilting a bit. Seen him make a lot of aggressive played the last 10 hands or so, but could just be variance ofc. His postflop aggression overall seems around average.
How is my sizing? Should I give up turn?

You could size down pre vs fisH
Vs passive fish you go 1/4 otf, 1/4 ott and size up turn/river if you hit. Vs agg fish you can X flop and then raise at some point. This is the worst spot for a draw facing a jam with close to break even odds, so make sure to plan ahead how not to get into these kind of spot.
Smaller flop, turn is a x, 7 is a terrible card, but again if you want to bet it needs to be way smaller.
As others have said, fold equity is so similar betting 25-35% of the pot on the flop and turn as it is as played, so might as well size down.
Against recreationals I like to cbet the flop small as it induces more punts (especially against whales that are super wide like this). If raised you can just jam over the top.
Smaller on flop and turn and they aren't far from value bets against a whale. Turn can even be 1bb.
