I've seen them marketing pretty aggressively on American poker streams (LATB/Hustler live), however they're not available in US. Does anyone know whats going on there? Why would they spend marketing dollars on a region they're not accepting players from?

I live on the communist left coast of America in the state of Oregon. It is illegal to play poker online as the legislators here (as it is in other places) have been bought off by the Indian Casinos.
