It's pretty disingenuous to say he didn't tell them to storm the Capitol. Even if he didn't use those words, he very much did. And again, this has been ruled on in multiple courts, unchallenged.

Scam? Republicans almost successfully used an antiquated provision of the Constitution to deal with an issue we have not encountered since the civil war. All that scotus said was the Congress, not the state, had the right to enforce this old law.
