The First article of impeachment for Trump Ukraine impeachment was abuse of power (the second was linked to his refusal to submit the admin to congressional subpoena), about blackmailing a foreign ally, withholding funds congress already approved while asking for X that Trump wanted.
I don't think X is relevant to define the blackmailing as abuse of power. I don't think subjective assessment of the nefariousness of motives are relevant.
Besides, appeasing Hamas and it's American supporters can easily be seen as far worse morally than trying to create trouble for your political opponent in a foreign country

The biggest reason to prefer Biden to Trump has always been that he's not Trump.
The biggest reason to prefer Biden over Trump is the future selection of the supreme court justices. The reason Abortion is illegal in a number of red states right now is because of Trump appointed judges in the Supreme Court. There have also been a number of other critical issues like Voter Rights Act which the current supreme court and many appointed federal judges have started undoing.
Other reasons to prefer Biden aside from the appointment of judges would be pro choice abortion rights, racism, antisemitism, fighting white supremacy, LGTBQ rights, support for actual education (without banning history of slavery, gays, etc.), child poverty help (like the increased tax credit $), he doesn't lie anywhere near as much as Trump, NATO support, facing Kim Jung Un and Putin rather than caving in, immigration (by allowing immigration at the border inflation was reduced significantly as there were now workers available to pick food agriculturally where otherwise the food would have rotted on the vine)
Chinese tariffs are like at the bottom of the list. It is true that people will have to pay more for things but the flip side is that substantial number of jobs in the energy industry would end up defaulting away from the US. In the case of computer chips, electric vehicles, and production of electric energy sources this could mean huge trade deficits. Which in turn could lower the value of the dollar and cause prices to go up on imports.
I wonder if those tariffs on China announcement isn’t a preventative move « already » discuss/agreeing between China/US about China eventually devaluating their currency.

I think you missed the point of my post.
The most important thing for me about Biden is that he wouldn't appoint the kind of Supreme Court Justices that Trump has appointed. The reason Roe v Wade was overturned. The public perception of the Supreme Court is as low as it has ever been and i am one of those that think they suck right now. There are many decisions that have been made that are absurd and are not really law based.
As far as fighting white supremacy, LGBTQ rights, immigration, abortion rights, etc. I prefer Biden to Trump. It has nothing to do with the supreme court or the legal system. Your point in your post was that China Tariff's are the most important reason to like Biden. Its about the least important for me.
