anyone have good fidgeting ideas

All us live poker players like to shuffle chips.
That gets kind of annoying and tiring.

Wondering if people use other stuff to fidget with.

There was a fidgeting product on shark tank I'd like to try

I play online poker. I will shuffle a deck of cards while I play. Sometimes instead, I twist and turn a Rubik's cube with all the stickers peeled off.

There's a guy in my local room who likes to bring odd little widgets to the table. It's always something that stands out, and becomes a recurring topic of conversation, which is really just a distraction.

Whatever you fidget with - don't be that guy.

Take shuffling chips to the next level. Do t just split and combine
Two stacks of 5, 6 chips. Take 3 stacks, separated by three fingers, split one while combining outer two, roll portions between all fingers, repeat. There are plenty of fancier chip shuffling patterns that even include chip tricks. Also, learning more advanced chip tricks is guaranteed to improve your game. There's empirical evidence. It's science.

I posted this to find things that would replace shuffling chips.

I have some meta carpal from playing online.
And just shuffling chips all day I think fatigues my hand some.

A dealer told me they know poker players with carpal tunnel syndrome just from shuffling chips all day. I started trying not to shuffle chips all the time after I heard that, but it's a tough habit to break.

I've seen card protectors that spin like a flat top. That might be an option for you.
