Live cash games in Asia

I'm living and playing in Macau for years now but started to looking for some new destination in Asia with live NL cash games. Been to Manila but games are dry and full of scammers. Are there any other sensible destinations with decent action?

You should check out Cambodia, both Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville. See the Cambodia thread (the big one).

There are games running in Bangkok, though a bit underground. Two places I heard before, but no idea latest situation; Gutshot/Rungood club, and Sasha house.

Manila, I felt games were ok, but hated the ridiculous traffic. I wonder how are the games at Angeles City and Cebu.

I do want to try out Macau for a month or so, probably later this year.
Do you usually play at Wynn? I heard 50/100 Hkd has long queue, too much wait all the time, is that so? Or do you play 100/200 hkd or what stakes? How is the game/players in general?

Do you have any tips about finding accomodation for 1-2 months? I saw a few condo ads, around 10k hkd, seems ok studio with gym/pool. But I suspect they would require 6-12 months contract.

Thanks man. I;ve played both 50/100 & 100/200 at Wynn and there is sometimes 1hr+ queue on lowest stakes. If you want to sit and play I can recommend CoD, but games are substantially tougher. For 1-2 month stay I would go with airbnb. You can rent with agency but the price for such a short time will be astronomic after their commission

NVG thread about Gutshot/Rungood: Rungood club BKK

Doesn't sound too promising for poker in Thailand.

Theres also another club that is public about tx/plo5 games in bkk and rumor is that like 10 players say they won big and didnt get paid there.

MO is always the same. Keep you paying rake, but if you happen to win big its time to cut you loose and keep your money.
