To reiterate some of the points:

2. Racist posts and other bigoted statements that target a particular group or individuals of such groups with derogatory comments are not allowed. This should not need further explanation.
3. Graphic Images need to be in spoilers with a trigger warning.
4. Wishing Harm on other posters will result in an immediate timeout.
5. Genocidal statements such as "Kill 'em all" etc, are no longer permissible in the thread.
If anyone has any questions about the above, please PM me. I don't want a discussion about the rules to derail the content of this thread. If anything needs clarifying, I will do that in this thread.

You guys really need to quit using the word genocide. The Palestinian population continually grew throughout recent years. If all those darned pesky Israeli Jews were like Ben-Gvir, and actually genocidal, the population would've declined severely.
There is no part of genocide that says it has to lower the population in order to be a genocide. Some are more overt than others. Some are more successful than others.
If all Israel has to do in order to avoid the genocide tag is let the population grow, does that mean they aren’t doing a genocide?

It's clearly a genocide. It's unbelievable that they say this stuff and think it sounds ok.
They also didn't realize photos of naked Palestinians would be offensive either. And most of those turned out to be civilians. Some children.

It's idiotic to try to find one word to describe a war. It is what it is. Israel is set on destroying all of Hamas an all who support them and until that changes, which it doesn't look at all to be the case, we'd still be in the early stages of this war/genocide/conflict

There are pages of quotations that have been presented to the world regarding israeli leaders genocidal intent. Moreover, well-respected, notable holocaust scholars are on record and absolutely disagree.
The fact that israel is actually trying to argue this as it is happening, shows the type of human excrement the world is dealing with.

I believe that the destruction of civil society and expulsion from their land destroys a group as a group.
Israel has bombed nearly all of the schools, mosques, and civic buildings. It has destroyed over half the dwellings. That's clear intent to make the land unlivable. Israel has compressed the people against the Egyptian border and wants them to leave, according to its leaders.
Starvation is being waged against the Gazans. As occupants of Gaza, they are being destroyed as a people in whole or in part. With 1% of the population murdered, they have been destroyed in part.

the optics of this conflict are so crazy because it's really the first one(with relevance to the west) where every individual has cell phones to immediately film and upload the atrocities they are committing without any kind of filter.
like everyone can get on tiktok/twitter/social media and see israeli soldiers laughing about blowing up empty schools, bragging about how no Palestinians will ever be able to get degrees again, and setting fire to humanitarian aid, without any interference from western governments. the "good guys" cant get away with all the heinous **** that was happening probably in every conflict that people just weren't privy to.

this is basically the case from SA. they had 20+ minutes just reading quotes from officials saying to do genocide. then they showed examples of all the soldiers doing genocide and talking about it on social media.
