These are our baselines. We're not reinventing the wheel here. If you aren't sure if something is acceptable to post, its better to ask first. If you think someone is posting something that violates the above guidelines, please report it or PM me rather than responding in kind.
To reiterate some of the points:
1. No personal attacks. This is a broad instruction, but, in general, we want to focus on attacking an argument rather than the poster making it. The same goes for calling people "baby killers" and "genocide lovers". You are allowed to argue that an action supports genocide or that the consequences of certain policies results in the death of children, but we are no longer going to be speaking to one another's intentions. It is not productive to the conversation and doesn't further any debate.
2. Racist posts and other bigoted statements that target a particular group or individuals of such groups with derogatory comments are not allowed. This should not need further explanation.
3. Graphic Images need to be in spoilers with a trigger warning.
4. Wishing Harm on other posters will result in an immediate timeout.
5. Genocidal statements such as "Kill 'em all" etc, are no longer permissible in the thread.
If anyone has any questions about the above, please PM me. I don't want a discussion about the rules to derail the content of this thread. If anything needs clarifying, I will do that in this thread.

Israeli crimes require extensive documentation and affirmation. but if an employee of UNRWA posts something on a private channel that is suspect, then it is enough to justify starving thousands of people and to prove that Palestinians will do the holocaust if left unchecked.

I didn't take anyone's side in that, I just don't blindly put my faith in reporting from you or those Twitter accounts or corpus vile or the rest of the clowns and you did just post a picture with grey swipes all over stuff that identifies that bus.
It's really the obvious things that look the worst. Arguing about what happened in the few incidents which get talked about just distracts from that.

like I said, Israeli crimes require a lot of documentation and any alternate viewpoint must be thoroughly debunked before it is accepted. you are defaulting to the people who do no research and are never correct. you are defaulting to the position that I post misinformation when all of my cites have been proven correct.
I'm not keeping score so I don't know that that is true. And I don't default to people who don't do research. I don't expect you to have noticed how many times I've told mets that his NY Post is trash, but if you aren't going to follow posts that aren't about you, then you shouldn't generalize about them. I look up and try to verify or not stuff that people post all the time, not just stuff from you.

I've never even noticed gs3737, so I'm not really looking to get into a big conversation with him. But yeah, he has no idea who those people are. With the bus thing going on I don't even know if they are the same people in both pictures. Maybe some of them are in Ukraine.

rape might have occurred. but not in the way the NYT reported it. and I think it was very unlikely that it was a coordinated part of the attack or a goal.
as crossnerd said, rape always occurs at war. so I am not going to disqualify that some it happened in isolated situations.
but even on that level there has been no credible evidence.
I know the picture of all the buildings bombed isn't sensational enough to post about back and forth for people, but it really tells a much better story than this other stuff. Gaza is being annihilated. It can be seen from space.

excuse but the ICJ only adjudicates disputes between states, which is why it took in this case South Africa to bring the matter to the court.
