either enforce your own brand new rules that you made a big deal out of or close all the trans threads completely instead of allowing them to be a safe haven of one sided slander and insults

You have partially addressed one of the complaints of the accusationsof the white supremacy and made it a whataboutism where you didn't actually make any sort of ruling. You know that I've reported many posts of insults and was expecting more of a response than this.
Well I'm out and on my phone now but took a quick look at some posts. But can't really carefully review them on a tiny phone screen. I agree with ganstaman that a brief cooling off period would be good. I also intend to delete the posts where you bring up the trans is a mental health issue in a way that attempts to circumvent that rule.

Saying you supported someone who is racist doesn't necessarily mean you are a racist. If we agree that poster X is racist, poster X suggests that all Americans should receive free health care, or rickroll should get a free Tesla, and I support that, that doesn't mean I'm racist.
So he pretty lays out the conditions where he would agree with me. That condition was 100% met and I showed it to him. He's probably asleep now as I'm going to be in a minute. So I do expect according to what he says here to follow through with the temp ban as promised.
Based upon this, I'm pretty surprised to read now that you've already made a decision but decided not to get back to me about as you said you would. If you would prefer to deal with this over pm instead, then my inbox is open.
Doorbread has already confessed directly in the thread that he was indeed trying to insult me without any violations. That's exactly what the others are doing as well. I find it incredulous you haven't even addressed that. We literally have confessions of it transpiring and instead you're directing your attention to other areas with questions of subjectivity.
I'm really disappointed and hope you and Bobo will genuinely spend some time looking into this.
Again, any other thread I wouldn't say a word nor care at all. But we all know for a fact that in those threads I would be instantly banned if I were to make the kind of insinuations they are making about me.
Just think about how upset you are for what was clearly a rhetorical device with no meaning nor basis behind it, that was transparent to anyone reading it that I don't actually accuse you of being a sex trafficking pedophile nor that Bobo beats his wife that you asked me to stop. I didn't follow your back-and-forth with him through every blow since you were both frustratingly talking past each other a bit, so I was going from my memory of what I had noticed. I'm trying to be careful not to jump to conclusions in these posts, and assuming I could have things wrong. But now that we're getting into maybe I'm intentionally missing things or whatever it is you're going for here, I went back to look and see if I was completely misremembering things, and it turns out to my relief, I wasn't. He doesn't specify the comments, but it would seem logical he meant posts related to the transgender topic. That's an important distinction, because yeah, if he's saying you're defending transphobic comments, that's obviously passing a negative judgement on your posts. That said, it's about your posts, not you. For better or for worse, that's often been the dividing line in many forums here. That's not without flaws, because some people will use that as a way to indirectly insult/attack someone within the rules. I don't have an easy answer for it.

either close the threads or remove the rule against insults so at least we stop with these charades as this incident is now clearly going to set a precedent over how to insult people going forward

OK. Fair enough. I went back and looked at the last 5-6 post reports you made reference the trans visibility thread. I dont think any of them violate the rules about personal insults. It seems you often conflate an attack on your argument as a personal attack. Its OK to attack an argument other times you seem to go out of your way to try and take personal offense from an indirect reference.
To use your example about Thailand:

Ther is no way at all that I would take that as some sort of personal attack on me calling me a sex trafficker or pedophile. Thailand is "full" of both; they are referred to as sexpats. But the term "full of" hardly means everyone in the country is one. If most countries have 1% and Thailand had 5% (totally made up numbers) then one could say Thailand was full of them. Context matters. That's exactly the kind of stretch I am talking about.
So I think now it's clear what my position is on a good number of your accusations of personal attacks. So no need to wait for any further reply on any particular post. You said there is bias. I disagree. Go ahead and lay your case out in ATF. This back andforth isnt going to resolve anything.

Numerous attempts to keep it on topic failed, and it became a general discussion thread with almost no moderation related posts at all. And those that were posted were so buried in non-mod posts that it became a huge time drain on the mods to sort through them. Then, when off topic posts were deleted posters complained about that.

5th street has been temp banned for his post about all transgender people being mentally ill. The difference between this post leading to a ban while another poster's post was just deleted is that 5th street has an extensive history of warnings and bans on this topic over the last year. Moderation is generally a series of escalated measures, though some posts can elevate the mod action to a higher level as appropriate. So a banning decision
