How to get $$ back I deposited at WSOP 2023?
Hello:
At Paris Las Vegas Casino last summer I left $1,100 or so in my TBIC account. I have the receipt from Genesis Gaming. I did NOT wire the $$ to casino but rather deposited money here and there to avoid waiting in lines. I hit the airport without picking up my $$. I called while series was still going on and was told:
- Since I did not wire $$ I had to pick it up in person
- I had 3 years to get it in person or else the state of Nevada and casino would split the proceeds 50-50
- My money was being transferred to the cage at the casino within a month or so at the conclusion of the series.
I have called the 702-967-4477 phone number that is listed on my Bravo Poker Live APP. When you call that number you end up being given this email. wsopsaq@caesars.com - I have emailed 3 times since mid July and tried to get confirmation on what I was told over the phone... and if I could get a notary public to get the $$ wired... I have never received a response. Nothing...
Any advice? Is the only method to show up to the cage with my drivers license and TBIC info to get my money back?
Thanks.

No on has experienced this situation? Any advice?
why not just call Paris and ask to speak with a cage manager?
Thanks for the advice. When I called before I was not directed to the cage so I kept being transferred....
Yesterday I received a spam voicemail that I did not pick up. It was WSOP rep. She said... In reference to TBIC account the woman said I could get cash back in person at Paris Cage Monday thru Friday 9-5 pm. Before WSOP its the Paris Main Cage. If its during the WSOP 2024 can go to Champaign Paris Cage. I must collect all the money in full.
So it sounds like since I did not wire transfer money I need to collect in person - she did not say that on voicemail but I was told that last summer over the phone when they used to answer. But if go to WSOP 2024 I might as well just use the money in my TBIC account unless I am not understanding it correctly and its already been transferred to the cage... I think its the latter as I talk it out.
Thanks again for your advice.
I've heard a couple of these weird cage stories. Seems like there should be some better process to get wire instructions on file and move $ to and from your bank, international or not.
