These are our baselines. We're not reinventing the wheel here. If you aren't sure if something is acceptable to post, its better to ask first. If you think someone is posting something that violates the above guidelines, please report it or PM me rather than responding in kind.
To reiterate some of the points:

2. Racist posts and other bigoted statements that target a particular group or individuals of such groups with derogatory comments are not allowed. This should not need further explanation.
3. Graphic Images need to be in spoilers with a trigger warning.
4. Wishing Harm on other posters will result in an immediate timeout.
5. Genocidal statements such as "Kill 'em all" etc, are no longer permissible in the thread.
If anyone has any questions about the above, please PM me. I don't want a discussion about the rules to derail the content of this thread. If anything needs clarifying, I will do that in this thread.

If a guy gets threatened with arrest essentially for being "openly Jewish" whose Jewishness may cause offence to pro Palestinian protesters by virtue of the fact that he's "openly Jewish" then it's clearly far from fine in London.
The met having some bone headed racist cops is not remotely new.
It is still fine. If anything the headline incident being a cop being stupid supports it being fine. Far far worse has happened on occasion and will happen again

This shows that the cops know how hateful and aggressive the marchers can be. They also know that the UK is soon to be a Muslim run country. I told my friends over there to get out now. Other European countries are realizing their mistake and starting to do something about it. It appears too late for the UK.
It' snearly 10 million people. A small proportion are a problem That's has always been the case and always will be. It's also true that ****ed up global events ecourage that small proportion to act.

Fantastising about killing large numbers of people is a Luciom 2+2 specialty. Only you're too cowardly to come out and say it so instead couch it in the chicken terms of making it legal first.

only 6.5% of the UK population identified as muslim in 2021 , i am not sure that characterization is correct

I am actually pro free speech so i wouldn't ban people from say "death to X" if they don't use violence against property or people while doing so.

We aren’t necessarily disagreeing. What I’m hearing is that small proportion is def making some feel like the situation is not good
I have family and friends abroad but using them as an appeal to authority over and above posters here who also live there and can be challenged would seem pathetically weak.
It's as bad as the "I've had PMs agreeing with me" that some people think is good supporting evidence.
FYI I live in part of North London that has a sizeable Jewish population, along with other ethnicities.
