So in these type of situations when the US govt and other govts analyze the data and come to similar conclusions as Israeli intelligence, do you just assume they are all in on the con? Or do your just assume pro Hamas YouTubers with little access to the actual evidence govt intelligence is looking at invariably
do a better job of deducing what happened?

--I am just curious as to the inner workings of how one gets to the point where they deduce every intelligence agency is wrong, but extremely partisan Youtubers can always get things right.

yes, but i'm not even sure if the us is going to do their own analysis, or just take israel's word on everything, while they investigate themselves. i assume the latter. i watched miller's (state department) entire presser today i think, and most/all of kirby's (white house), and while they talked for like an hour combined, neither clarified that point, so i'll assume the worst. and also because miller mentioned a bunch of times that they aren't making their own determinations on a lot of things (so they can punt responsibility)

I mean, if Youtubers can crack the case from their couch with no access to any evidence, it cant be that difficult to do analysis. So you pretty much have to assume that the US govt (and many other Western govts) are just in on the con.

1. Made Israel hold the elections that put Hamas in power and then
2. Told Israel they need to lie down and take the **** as Hamas launched thousands of rockets at Israel
3. Funneled aid to and supported Hamas rule via, if nothing else, UNRWA.

We gave Israel cancer then told them to live with it. They've had enough and have decided to remove the cancer before it kills them all, Israelis and Palestinians.

If there is one thing the last 20 years of adventurism in the Middle East has taught us is that democracy without liberal institutions and populace is doomed to failure. But at least we seem to have learned that lesson; for example when Kuwait suspended their parliament and started throwing elected Islamists in prison we didn't object.

And I dont see anyone sensible advocating the Palestinian territories should be holding a new round of elections anytime soon, as we know the people elected would probably be worse than Hamas. My understanding is if there was elections the new "leader" would be a guy who is in Israeli prison right now for terrorism.

The Hamas state run media was reporting 45 dead immediately after the blast and you all believe it. Did you stop to think how they knew so quickly there were 45 dead? It was dark and chaotic with "body parts everywhere". Certainly it would take a bit of time to determine the death toll which is closer to 20.
