No idea what you're looking for here. I think they have mostly tried to create policies looking at the interests of all Americans, but of course all politicians do some things based on the interests of themselves and their family and friends, so I'm sure there has been some of that as well.
I don't think that the interests of individual ethnic groups are particularly important.

Covid can be pretty severe, especially for old people. Sure, he could have something else instead of or in addition to covid, but I don't see much incentive to lie about that.

I hadn't heard that no one has seen him for 5 days, but the point of covid isolation is to have as few people as possible see him. Why would he be seeing anyone other than SS, medical personnel, and maybe his wife?
Normally the VP is acting president when the pres is temporarily incapacitated due to medical issues. It's happened with most presidents in my lifetime.

I don't know if a video would be typical or not, I don't follow that kind of thing so closely. I haven't followed this at all, but nothing you have posted seems unusual to me.
