EV calculation with players all-in

So I have not spent enough time doing EV calculations away from the table. Although I am able to do the simple ones, I never learned how to calculate in these situations. I have a few questions. Sorry if this is something that's already been covered extensively.

The situation was: 6max, two limps, I pot in CO, BN shoves for 12.4 BB (with very wide range), BB + limpers call. I bet 20BB on flop, two players call (BB folds). UTG shoves 78.8 BB

Was I wrong to fold this?

This is an unusual situation but it happens from time to time, would be good to get some feedback not just regarding this player but also what you might do against other player types.
