Before I create one, does anyone have a template for Excel for manual session tracking? I see they've added a hand counter since I last was grinding Global for a bit, and I know they have your buy-in history that you can access, but any sort of graph or session tracking needs to be done externally. Probably goes without saying ITT, though

There are several different phone apps you can use to track. I use Poker Analytics. Comes in handy because I play live and online. Others are Poker Income, Poker Stack, Bink Poker Tracker, Poker Bankroll Tracker..... too many to name. Just search your app store

The GGpoker cheating scandal shows why it is important for users to be able to see hand histories, win rates and stats in general.

Agreed. I joined the Global discord earlier just to ask if there was any chance for any type of software to be permitted that extracts hand history data for better transparency and studying. From the sound of it, there won't be any changes in the future. Pretty disappointing.

I use Poker Bankroll Tracker for my live games. Didn't seem too applicable for online but I'll review again and also check out Poker Analytics. Thank you!

Edit: Yep, Poker Analytics is definitely the way to go for external online tracking. Has more features for online than Poker Bankroll Tracker, such as table count. Thanks again.

No problem, good luck at the tables

Is there any discord or a way to contact global for improvements/ideas?

I hate the fact I can't change the felt color or specific tables!!!

You can. Click on the wheel in the top left of the screen when at the table to adjust the felt design.

There's a link to contact support and join discord at the bottom of this page.

But that changes all of your tables. People want to be able to make different tables different colors to make it easier to play different games without getting things mixed up. Or an MTT grinder may want to color code tables based on what stage of the tourney its in or something like that.

I 100% agree. But as far as I know, that's the only feature available on Global.

Exactly this and/or the background/carpet as well

So after some digging it appears 10 royals in 71k hands is indeed pretty crazy. You should have 1 royal flush in every 30k hands or so, if you play every hand that can possibly make a royal (at least 1 broadway card) and take them all the way to the river. 10 royals wouldn't probably be too far out of the realm of possibility if you had a 100% VPIP and 100% WTSD (though still nuts), but of course no one plays like that. Unfortunately, I had

I call cap homie. You aint hit no 10 royals in 71k hands. And someone that did wouldn't leave the site thats fa sho. Who hit 10 royals in 71k hands and leave poker site sayin its rigged? Aint nobody doing that bruh. Bruh, Global give me 10 royals every 70k hands all send them some happy new year gifts. You tellin me they rig for you and you leavin? 😃

any way to change the ridiculous pre-raise bet values?? or stuck raising between 3x to 10x?

I’m good without you and your HUD on here I like no assistance poker

There’s a reason soft serve ice cream is popular. It’s tasty, cheap and easy to make, kind of like a Global Poker micro stakes tournament. I entered the tournament last night, it’s the 11 cent Daily 500 SC Bonanza. A $500 guarantee that is always a lot of fun. I was tired and decided not to play, but hey, it’s just 11 cents so I decided not to unregister. Glad I did as I blinded into the money and 7x my buy in. Yes, this is how soft this field is. Now also understand, that tournament normally starts with no less than 550 participants. I had to blind down to about 130 to just make the money, and down to about 90 to make 70 cents.

They're not asking for HUDs, just a way to download HH for use in analyzing their own game. It can be done, GP just wants to remain a haven for recreational players, which is fine. There are loads of other sites you can play that allow HH download.

I would also recommend checking out https://www.advancedpokertraining.com/af... as they have some of the best poker simulation games and you can download the HH from these simulated games and use them in Equilab, Flopzilla, etc for study as well.

Never mentioned HUDs. I meant to extract my own hand history for the purpose of reviewing stats and gameplay.

I understand and for me reviewing stats is the same as using a HUD idc if it’s post play you’re accessing information you wouldn’t have without software

You can anonymize the usernames of everyone but yourself. You do have access to this information, but you would have to record your sessions and transcribe each hand.

Incorrect. First of all, it's simply not the same. Either your view is skewed, or you just don't get it. The information is accessible by Global with the exclusion of opponents' player identities, but you would have to go through and manually document each hand. This would literally be a full-time job and is practically impossible. All that I'm asking for is to allow software to extract the hand histories (that are available on Global) so we can analyze our own statistics. That's it

Id also like to analyze my own statistics. And if I was able to, I obviously would. I also strongly prefer that everyone not be able to do this. So, agree to disagree

The rate at which weird s&%$ happens is concerning.

That's fair.

My biggest concern is that if it isn't allowed then you know that some people will find a way to do it anyway and that gives them an advantage on Global imo.

Angst in the online poker world is pretty high right now and for good reason. Everyone should be wary anyway, it's completely unregulated and no certificates from Bionotech Labs or assurances from Chief Kanawamakee will eliminate the justifiable anxiety. One thing for Global Poker "defenders" to remember is the coup de grace for any poker site is testimonials from famous or "winning" players - i.e. shills. After years of being lied to and ripped off by these types, that's the quickest way to get the normie player pool to write you off. While I have enjoyed playing on GP for years, they need to carefully consider their steps going forward in this treacherous environment even if it's not all their fault. Actions speak louder than words.
