Hi, i do have an issue with WPT global. I downloaded the app a while ago and tried to play but i could not, the app was crashing all the time and after some moment it didnt even open at all, i was finding it difficult to even withdraw the amount i deposited because i couldnt open the app, lol. Do you have any solution for that ? By the way my computer shouldnt be the problem because is a 2022 gaming pc, i am really wondering how other players are playing without issues.

then how are they playing from the USA and why can't anyone else? Seems shady

As part of our deal with WPT we have access to a group of ambassadors which are shared with other WPT brands - the tour itself, ClubWPT, LearnWPT, etc. We know that some of the time, they will be in the USA, e.g. while they play a WPT event.

We don't have a gambling licence in the US, so if we want our ambassadors to promote us while they are there, we have to ensure that they are not gambling. Under US law, gambling requires three things - a) chance; b) consideration; c) prize.

Obviously, there's chance in poker - nothing we can do about that.

Consideration - we can take this away by ensuring that the ambassadors do not pay anything or risk their own money. So they're not allowed to deposit.

Prize - we can also take this away, by not allowing them to keep anything they win.

Without consideration or a prize, the ambassadors are clearly not gambling, and this legal principle holds up in many other countries as well, not just the USA.

just want the software do disponibilze HH for huds, and board cards a little bigger.

if using a software to tile all tables, the ones on WPT have a really smaller board than other pokersoftwares.

It's quite hard to trawl thorough the mtt lobby as filters are so basic rn.
What would you say are the peak times for everything $100-1000?

I've changed my schedule to wake up super early (Thai time) as I'd like to play the Prime $1k and the $3.5k, but there's no sats for my timezone. Will more be added closer to the time or is my chosen time just a dead-zone?

What countries are the main targets for your tournament schedule? Europe?

Our $11 Daily Raise, 06:00 UTC-5, has changed to a bounty format for this week and continues to go up by $250 each day. $5,250 guaranteed today!

2 more day 1 flights for some of our larger events too:

We essentially have 2 peak times each day, Asia (~20:30 UTC+8) and then western (~19:30 UTC-5). Europeans can choose to start early or play later. For the $1,060 Prime flights, Wednesday might be a good one for you, as there is a flight at 18:30 your time (if I have done the conversion correctly - schedule linked below).

Feeders for the $1,060 generally start 3-4 hours before a flight. We are currently doing a couple of $110 BIs, 5 seats GTD along with a $220 BI 5 seat GTD turbo just after the flight has started. Lobby can be messy (one of the things that is being worked on), and maybe you can do a filter of "Satellite" + "$100+" to remove some of the noise. Satellites will generally appear in the lobby 12-24 hours before they are due to start. There are $11 & $22 BI feeders into the $110 & $220 BIs mentioned above

We will start ticket satellites and direct feeders for the $3,500 in the coming days

Right now there is a $220 BI to the $2,100 high roller running with just over 60 mins late reg left. 4 seat guaranteed in this

Sure, I could try and qualify via sats and play the 18:30, but then would have to 180 my time schedule again to play the actual day 2 at 4am. I think it's not going to be possible to play anything noteworthy this festival (same as SCOOP and everything else, Thailand is just the nut worst for mtts).

I'd try a double shift were I a younger man 😃

One way to counter this would be to streamline tickets, so they have a more flexible usage. This would be especially useful to your players as the highest volume of medium-big satellites are the WPT passports, but these are currently restricted to literally one tournament in Vegas. If you could play those and decide to put your $1060 ticket prize in a regular mtt or the next stage, that would be sick.

WPT does not work well with UPDATED Windows 11 and older computers(2yrs+) At least mine didn't. Had to revert back to W10 to get WPT to work.

On my new computer I can get the software to open and work. At times it appears to be slow.

My biggest issue is the site fries my CPU when I open the lobby. No tables or Casino.
Running @max speed is fine. Happens when you MTT or play graphic educed games.

It should not burn my CPU @ 92-97C in the lobby. Shutdown is 100c

Any other site I MTT @ max settings & run @ 52-58C.
I use HW Monitor or Core Temp for measurements.

I sent an email to WPT. Two days later I received a sizable bonus, thanking me for being a loyal client.
Have not heard back from them regarding software issue. 4+ months ago.

I would stay with WPT if their site did not burn my CPU. Otherwise a good site.

Honest review

There's been an issue recently where client and all tables freeze. Only way to remedy is to force close and restart. Happens at least once a day, just got on my goat today as I folded 2 best hands.

It might be when I'm clicking mouse a lot (playing a few tables on multiple sites and double click some sites to take notes etc)

You obviously know your schedule/limits, and yes it would require a change for this and next weekend for any day 2s you make. Having 2 strong player bases exactly 12 timezones apart can be quite challenging at times, and is especially seen in our festival schedules!

Hello , and thank you for that usefull information ! I like WPT global and i have a few suggestions on how to make it even better !
1) Do you allow intuitivetables & jurojin only for tiling tables ? Or can we use other functions of that programs like betting hotkeys and layouts?
2) The most important thing that requires improvement is automatic timebank. 98% of the time timebank is not needed , however, sometimes we face hard decision in big pot with a medium hand , which is stressfull on it's own , and on top of that you also have to remember that timebank is not automatic and you need not to forget to press it. So , instead of thinking about a decision, you have to also think about timebank and it's VERY DISTRACTING and ANNOYING . Could you , please, add an option of monthly subscription for automatic additional timebank? For a reasonable price, of course. I once played at one pokerroom, they have standart 15 seconds time , but with platinum subscription you have 30 seconds or more. I will emphasize that additional time is only needed about 2-5% of hands, so giving people more time to think in 2-5% of hands will not slow down games. It will actually allow them to play more tables simultatiously without fear or making a bad decision due to shortage of time. I will repeat just in case that , in my opinion, that is THE MOST problematic part of software , especially for those who wish to play more then one table at once.
3) Could you , please, add a couple of simple and dark layouts ? Without "pokertable" picture, just black background and nothing more. For people who prefer simplisity and who find additional graphics distracting . I will attach a picture of something similar to demonstrate what i mean. This picture has table oval , unfortunatelly ( it's not needed).
4) "Hide bankroll" button would be appreciatted ! Both in lobby and during rebuy-ing. Not knowing how much you lost today saves mood and a lot of nerves !
5) Ability to write notes on players and mark them with colors ( for aggressive\passive\ tight\loose , etc) would be very helpful also.

I think you might get over-layed hard in the Prime...you really gotta run sats to a $1k, and have more day 1's. Day 1's are literally the same time every day and only 2. Absolutely zero sats in the lobby in the 8-10 hours I play every day, I have no choice but to skip. Crazy how during a 'series' my volume for your site has gone down to 2 mtts per day out of 30-45 entries I play across sites.

I'm just salty cos I really wanted to go for it this series, try for leaderboards, go for the promotions; but lobby is a ghost town and GG is a festival on any given day. I was really banking on sats being available for the higher stakes, which is why I changed my schedule to fit them in (day 2's for the $1k and $3.5k both start at 4am my time), but there's no sats lol

Our T&Cs are pretty clear about what is permitted and what is prohibited. That being said, Jurojin and IntuativeTables are the only two providers who have actively worked with our Security Team to ensure that they are fully compliant and approved, so anyone using these tools will have no issues. We do invite developers to work with us to ensure their tools abide by the T&Cs and anyone using other tools does runs the risk of them not being fully compliant.

All 3 have been sent to the director of poker product to review. IMO, a variant top one is somewhat likely (I know that a few people have raised this, another person suggested that one can buy timebanks in advance, which are then automatically used when needed). The middle could be deemed useful for privacy / security, so it is possible. The bottom one is on the roadmap, but no eta

We have satellites/feeders to each $1,060 Day 1 flight. Just to confirm I was not going crazy, I had a look back on yesterday's results, and what ran:

2x $1,060 Day 1 Flights

4x Feeders into the above, with $110 BIs - each guaranteeing 5 $1,060 seats

4x Feeders into the above, with $11 BIs - each guaranteeing 5 $110 seats

There were more in the lobby, but they did not get the minimum amount of players to start

We also have a $33 BI satellite each day, which awards at least 1 $1,060 ticket

Regarding more flights, it is counter-productive, as they would just end up getting 10-20 registrations each or not start (already a concern for the upcoming $3,500 $1M guaranteed)

These are the start times (Eastern Timezone) of the $1,060 Day 1 flights, and we like to have overall event start times from 04:00-20:30 ET to allow some sleep during a long grind

However basically only the tiling feature is working, no hotkeys or bet buttons, am I doing something wrong or is it the same with you guys? Do these features work in IntuativeTables?

First time using this software.

Could you fix some basics please, i've played couple months and each time I open new table it pops up as 3/4 of my 4k resolution screen with the blue background. I would like it to be same size as the last table with same color background. I also play some Global Spins and when I click "play again" it would be nice if the table popped up with the same size and placement as the table I clicked it on.
Some sort of color tagging players would be welcome, since there are no notes/hud, at least basic player recognition would be nice.
