Yet again didn't receive my rakeback for last week for the account riksanchez.

It seems crazy to me that no one from 888 is willing to explain to me why I'm not receiving cash game rakeback automatically every week or how you get invited to receive it when the promo says 'all you need to do is play'. The lack of transparency is bizarre.

It was stated that they would check within 72 hours, but after 3 months of fighting with your document verification department, my patience is running out. If they are so stubborn and do not want me to take the unfortunate 370 dollars, then I assure you that this can result in a much larger sum for the poker site if I get angry. There are enough poker forums and social networks on the Internet to publicize my story and more. How they treat me is what the answer will be.

Finally I received an email from spanish language support 888.com because they were messing it up with 888.es, the email said that it can't see any restriction on my account.... and all is good. But my withdraw isn't coming through...

I contact chat support, which says there is pending documentation.........
I've sent all documentation almost a month ago, since I started this thread with you 888rep.... And suposedly it has been approved?because there is no pending verification nor documents left to send or asked on the personal information/verification panel/tab on 888poker software or website....

Since there is no restriction I did a withdraw, but again, still not working,....atleast 2 month not with this issue........

I'm starting to get frustrated.
I don't understand....

My neteller withdraw has passed already 7 days, and it should take 5 days max.
I want to go back to playing full volume in 888 and feel my bank is safe and my funds secured.....

Hello , my account has benn put for restriction even though I have sent all the necessary paperwork to vertify my ACC. ID confirmen but address can not be and I have sent multiple utillity bills and statemans from bank but they keep requestiong another one everytime. Sent email to 888 support but nobody answering.

Today morning I got prompted to install the new version of 888poker desktop client.
The update/installation will not complete. Removing the software and downloading + re-installing resulted in the same error. Anyone else experiencing similar?
