whoever is in charge of address verification needs to be fired. how can so many people report the same problem uniquely to 888 without making a change?

same thing for me as many wrote here already.

trying to verify my address, it's been over 6 weeks. every other network has accepted my documents, only 888 remains. they don't reply to emails except with their template emails of "The document you have provided did not pass our standard security checks which is why we need you to send us a new one." and "We're nearly done verifying your 888poker account. We're just waiting for a copy of your Proof of Address."

no matter how many times i ask, i get no reason for why my documents are being rejected. i got 1 email written by an actual person in response to the 50+ i've sent at this point. asking me for details and/or my # so we can finally resolve this, except it was written from a no-reply email so i had to try to reply to him indirectly, and i never heard back from him. don't know how to contact anyone to resolve this issue or tell me what is wrong with the documents literallly every other network accepted.

i tried dm'ing the 888 rep here, but he just tells me to contact the guy who emailed me over and over, seemingly not understanding that's exactly what i want to do and have been trying to do, and would love to know how to do.

the whole 888 customer service team are easily the worst in the industry. it has to be intentional.


update: very shortly after writing the above, i was actually able to get some answers. i wasn't getting verified because my account has been closed to due moving country. i just have to make a new account. noone told me this for 6 weeks cuz as i said above, noone was telling me anything. seems like it's getting resolved now so that's a relief

I've already been banned three times FOR NOTHING.

Here are screenshots confirming that I was banned for 4 months this year, played for 2 weeks and was repeatedly blocked with an unban.







Because of these extremely FAST bans, I can't even withdraw money for 4 months ( +-7k$) . I have never had, as you say, “scripts for seats” and according to you, you have checked this and approved my account for less

Honestly, I don’t even know why I’m still writing about this issue, but I’ve run out of options and don’t know what else to do.

I’ve gone through every possible problem with 888. The address verification, which should have been a simple task, turned into a huge complication. Still, I went through all the steps, always staying polite and respectful with their support, never losing my patience.

I’m writing here because I’m having a serious issue with a withdrawal of $2,245 that I requested on August 24th. It’s been almost a month now, and I still haven’t received the funds in my bank account, nor have they been returned to my 888poker account.

I’ve already reached out to support multiple times via live chat, email, and even messaged the 888poker ambassadors on Instagram. Every time, I’m told that my case is being prioritized and that I will be contacted by email, but so far, nothing has been done.

I’ve contacted my bank, and everything is fine on their end. I also have a statement from my bank manager confirming that the money was never received. I’ve been asking for a simple proof of payment from 888, but I haven’t gotten any response regarding this.

I just want to resolve this issue. I have no intention of committing fraud or causing trouble; I really haven’t received the money, and this is very important to me. The delay is causing me a lot of stress, and I feel like my case is being overlooked.

Please, 888, can someone take a closer look at my situation and help me get this resolved?
