Was deep in a $109, 12/17. Restarted on the break because the sounds weren't working. Couldn't log back in because my account is suspended and I need to contact management. Sent the email, twitter etc. and check my spam folder. Looks like someone complained about my user name so they kicked me out of a deep run.

Really hoping for appropriate compensation. .

Sorry for dumb question but fired up my old BCP account and need help with my betting options .

Is there a way to open to 2.5x? Only options start at 3bb and up. Is there a pot button and way to click down 1 bb etc..

Also, when betting on the flop my options go from pot to All in, there isn't an overbet option? Like a slider so I could hit pot button and then increase with a + sign or something.

Can I fix this somehow?

Yes you can. First click on the settings wheel next to your balance, right above "deposit" button. Then look on the left for the "Playing Tools" section and there click "Bet-Sizing" and you'll get a screen like the one below where you can customize all the things you mentioned.

Does anyone have any insight of what "Poker Racers" is going to be?

It was posted on June 17th on the WPN Update website. It's expected to be released on July 10th. Is there anything that sounds similar on any of the RoW sites?

I'm extremely happy that they are removing the "Play it Safe" option on the same day.

I dont think some people know how to use the EV Play it safe option...

One guy was in multiple ALL-IN pots and could have had a 600BB stack instead he played it safe in each all in pot and now he's playing with a 150BB stack XD

People should NEVER use it. I'm so glad its being discontinued on July 10th.

I saw a guy in a 3 way all in and they all had AKo and one of them took the cash out. I was confused.

Hind sight being 20/20 I wish I would've taken it everytime I was an 80% favorite or more. Would've made out nicely.

I had a couple issues in the past couple of weeks. The first time I emailed support saying I had lost money at 12 tables as the tables froze in the middle of the hands even though my internet was working fine otherwise.

They basically pulled an Iggy support response and said tough luck they found no issue.

Happened again to me the other day and this time I was quick enough to screen record it amd sent it to them to see if it will make any difference. I kind of doubt it, but maybe there's a remote chance they own up.

I can empathize with you. I'm American. The online poker situation here, took my joy for the game away.

the cashier is acting strange after today's updates. I can open it but the reward section loads and then shows a gray wall instead of the rakeback, the beast etc

I think the excellent habit of sending an email from wpn rooms the day before notifying us of the update and the 2 hours closure of the client should return.
ok, there's always their post on X whenever there's an update, but an email is still always helpful

I just usually notice from the tourney lobby where it's a long list of tourneys called downtime something or other.

I noticed that when there are no $50 GTD daily freerolls in the tournament section (there is one every 3 hours) 9 out of 10 there will be an update with the client down for about 1.5 hours usually.
for sure an email the day before would remove the doubt of that 1 out of 10 😀

Anybody got a fix for this error when installing. I have uninstalled, cleared cache and cookies etc and tried to reinstall
