I was just able to access the cashier (with no refund money credited to my account) with no games listed (cash or tournaments) whatsoever. I'll bet it comes back in around an hour.
Ignition is softer anyway. I'm sure they'll appreciate some extra traffic.
What happened to all of the freerolls on ACR? Seems the majority have become non-existent since they redid the client. I don't even have a freeroll tab anymore.

How do I change settings so enter key does NOT execute a bet (cannot find in settings)
I play multiple sites and sometimes need to hit Enter when organising notes etc. 3bjamming 100bbs with 54o MP vs UTG because I typed some numbers then hit enter is not the one
I've been frozen for about 10 minutes.
I think the cash games, at least, have crashed.
It appears as if the 9-handed standard games has crashed.
I'm having issues with ACR support. I requested a paper check and then after reading about US players having issues with cashing checks I asked for my withdrawal to be canceled and money returned to my acr acct. Someone then replied giving me instructions to cancel it myself. The instructions were wrong. He then wrote back that he was forwarding to correct dept. I then got another email back that spoke about withdrawals taking longer than normal. I just want the money back in my acct so I can explore other cashout options

This makes no sense. They say they can't cancel because it's processing. I only requested the withdrawal 4 hrs ago and I've been trying to cancel for 3 hrs

I guess there isn't much that can be done. They told me if bank don't cash it to write void on check and send them a picture and they would then credit my acct
Today I have noticed that there are no standard 9-handed .05/.10 holdem cash games available. I'm wondering if something is wrong with my client.. so could someone else confirm this?

Just had all my tables freeze up. Wonder if it happened to anyone else. Pretty annoying. My connection was fine.
Let me state ahead of time, I'm not your typical "online poker is rigged" kind of guy, but I feel like that there are some superusers in these larger field MTTs during this entire OSS.
I've noticed some of the nittiest players calling with some of the dumbest of hands in All-in Preflop situations and hitting the nuttiest of hands each and every time. During Late Reg, Bubbles, ITM, I've seen it at all stages. I see it happen with other playe
I think you'd have to be awfully naive to think that ACR is in any way a legitimate website. I also think legitimate online poker is not rigged; however ACR is not a legitimate site as it operates quasi-legally in places where online poker isn't legal. They have no reason to be legitimate. I'm 10000000% sure ACR is filled with super users employed by the site and I'm also 1000000000% sure ACR's RNG is not legitimate. Just far too many insane runouts and action boards for it to be.
I'm also a winner on the site so not just bitching because I'm down thousands. Even when the non-random RNG happens to favor me for a moment it still absolutely reeks of being illegitimate.

I am connected (and in several tournaments) but it is very slow between hands.
Registed for tourney, played 2 hands, ACR goes down. Been down 25 min now. Better get a refund.
