I don't think anyone holds this opinion outside of indoctrinated radicalized internet denizens

Sure sure

by borg23 P

The government isn't genociding black people.

It is only if you count allowing easy abortion, which black women use far more than other races.

But I don't think that's what he meant

by Luciom P

Sure sure

What you said was "Fauci lies caused endless destruction of society"

So you show a survey about voters "thinking he should be fired" as the President's advisor....... 52/48

Presidents make decisions, advisors do not.

what definition of genocide are you using to make that determination?

by Victor P

no, I just think that your post ignores that most Dem supporters were extremely supportive of Biden's mental ability up until last night while many others had been pointing out his shortcomings for years.

I don't think anyone said he hadn't lost some sharpness. But he did very well at the state of the union adress.
If he had done as well last night, the conversation today would have been totally different. It could be that he is up and down a lot with the SATU happening to be one of his best and the debate one of his worst.

based on biden comments at the rally today, he ain't going nowhere

You think that people ask for the resignation of someone who is supposedly bipartisan (and worked with both parties administration) because of... What if not the idea that he horribly botched his obligations?

Fauci allowed all evil doers to have exculpability, he created the framework that allowed the insane monsters to lock down and close schools for years and so on.

And it's not about the president either, it is every school board and so on.

Btw Fauci helped create Sars cov 2 directly it's not only about "advisory"

by Supposn P

Where do you vote, and how does your state conduct their presidential primary and general elections? Respectfully, Supposn

The way I understand it, he votes in Italy.

by Didace P

Yes

Maybe, just maybe the 52/48 will give you a clue

by Luciom P

Yes

Shame the question wasn't phrased "what state do you vote in?" in which case you could have answered "perpetual indignation".

To whatever extent any of this is true, Trump is just as much to blame, as he appointed Fauci and could have removed him at any time.

He just wanted someone like Fauci as a visible face so he had someone to blame for anything bad, while taking personal credit for anything good.

the answer to all this angst is to vote in the ****ing primaries. every time. all the time. even if it's to show up and vote uncommitted or whatever.

lauren boebert is all but guaranteed to return to congress when SEVEN PERCENT of the district voted for her. SEVEN. 7%.

Biden reconfirmed Fauci and insisting on lockdowns, school closures, double masking (jfc) and so on was worse every day that passed, so if anything the worst atrocities by Fauci were in 21-22.

Btw when trump reconfirmed him we didn't have the proofs we have now of his involvement with gain of function research in Chinese facilities and his cover up of american involvement

don't blame me, i voted for marianne williamson

He almost certainly wouldn't have been there in 2021-22 if Trump hadn't both reconfirmed him to his ongoing post and appointed him to head the C19 task force.

Fauci, lockdowns, inflationary free money handouts - all go back to Trump.

Claim was "only super online deranged people hate him".

Half American adults did lol, at least enough to ask for him to be kicked out.

Among them, even if only a third shares my complete hatred for him, that's tens of millions of Americans.

How can they all be "too much online" people?

Lockdowns were state decisions and only a few republican led states didn't lockdown, so it's literally the opposite.

The only decent people were among republicans, and not all of them ofc.

And that was the most important decision on the west since ww2

Joe Biden has to come to this decision on his own. I don't think that a true insurrection led by someone like Newsom will work. The question is whether there is anyone close to Biden who has both the will and the ability to persuade him, and persuade him very soon. I worry that the answer is no. I worry that the people around him will decide to wait a few weeks in the justified hope that the immediate reaction to the debate will fade an

And he won't do that on his own. It will take convincing from Obama and Jill (but Obama will need to convince Jill first as my view is that Jill has been pushing Joe for this 2nd term) but he will need to convince Joe not only by pointing out his recent faults and mistakes but that to commit himself to see a doctor to do cognitive testing and if he passes then Obama will back him but if he fails (which I'm sure he will) he needs to step down. They will shake on this as a deal and Biden will stick to it.

Sorry if repost. Went back several pages.

While outletss like the NYT are mostly irrelevant, I think their full editorial board asking Biden to bow out is pretty important.

Biden is really going to struggle to win with major Dem leaning voices being on record saying he is unfit to run.

throw grandpa from the train, choo chooooo

i assume he'll be having some conversations over the july 4th weekend

by BOIDS P

he sounds a bit better than the debate

My assumption is that he is back on his full dose and they only gave him half the dose for the debate which took 15 mins to kick in to paint the picture they wanted of him to replace him for the nomination. But then at the end it had weared off and hence his poor closing statement.

by metsandfinsfan P

Watch at 2:00. He says he made a law for black homeowners to get 10k

I mean he's lying but that is what he said

"Any black family 1st time homebuyer can get 10000 dollars"

Thanks. That reminds me of how many times the CNN moderators allowed him to elaborate on his answers within the 2 mins rather than, as what happened with Trump, just transferring the mic to Trump because once Trump had finished his answer no matter whether he took his full 2 mins or not the mic was transferred to Biden for a response. And the only time that they reminded him that he had further time was when he was not answering the question. Another subtle reference to either the moderators going easy on Biden or Biden's forgetfulness.

Trump had imo a worse 2nd half due to all he had to do was answer questions give 30% policy even and look normal but instead for some reason he went even more aggro and offensive on biden

sure biden looked bad at times but he mostly, not always, answered questions with policy, but not as fully as I think he could dhave.n ow what i think about it I dont thin he went as in depth on policy due to the attacks so its still leans biden but still

2nd debate trump should do something he hasn't done since this standing clinton debate and talk more about policy and instead of goign 80% attack 20% policy/offensive to do more 50/50

biden looked bad last night but I dont think it was as bad as people were making it out to be it wasnt a 10/10 house is on fire, i would say 7/10

but hoenstly, all those democrats saying he has been perfect , full of life, leading convos behind closed doors etc etc, i need names so they get put on notice of being potential liars
