yes there are some bad cops who need to be disciplined or prosecuted and yes, many police departments need reform but the protesters want you to disparage all cops that's not right cops risk their lives every day for our safety
they want to blame all cops for the crimes of a very few that's not fair would they think it's fair to call a peaceful protester a looter?

Mel Brooks, with his writing partner Richard Pryor, created the classic comedy Blazing Saddles back in 1974. Stuffed with racial and sexual slurs against minorities as well as the Irish, it was a very politically incorrect movie.
If Blazing Saddles wasn't already made, could it still be financed, made and released today?
Since the inception of the United States, freedom of speech has been a bedrock American social norm, at least in concept if not always in practice (obviously through much of US history there was restrictions on freedom of speech for many groups, such as women and blacks). And one could argue this was a norm that worked reasonably well, and allowed for a reasonably productive, socially cohesive society.
