Stars is down for everyone, right? It's been down since at least 9am for me.

They had me uninstall and reinstall the software. That worked. If anyone else has the problem, make sure to backup these files before uninstalling.
Settings file: user.ini or user
Player notes: notes.user.xml (where 'user' is your username)

After almost 15 years of HM1-3 support, it's still amazing how often the old 'unplug it and plug it back in' canned reply suggestion helps. :P

I actually don't suggest an HM3 reinstall very often, but sometimes it is the only solution.

Does anyone remember when they usually send out the tax forms, or can I download them online?

I got mine in the mail last year - forget exactly when. The number was way lower than what I actually made (cash games) ... I know you can dispute them if they're wrong with the IRS. I just reported the actual higher amount (probably not the best practice ...).

I wonder if they separated the promotions and rakeback earnings separately from your total poker winnings. BetMGM did that last year and when I added the promotion $$ to the poker winnings line item it added up closer to what I tracked

I got something in the mail a couple days ago. You can probably download any applicable tax forms from the client. You can also ask for your win/loss audit for the year. It'll have tallies for casino/poker/sports betting/bonuses/rewards all in separate columns. It's a pain in the ass to read, but it should have everything you need to file properly

Fyi the 2-hour maintenance is finally done after 4 hours. 42 players online lol.

The new Note Editor and color border picker is awful. It opens in the center of the table over the board and can't be moved.

Does anyone know about setting up a home game on stars? I just noticed that today. Is it real money and if so I assume they take a rake? Do they offer all the same cash games or is it tournament style?

How do you deposit with a promo code, I don't get the option to use a promo code?

Is this something you received via email or saw on the website/poker client?

I clicked the withdrawl button. Told me I was eligible for deposit bonus. Took to me page which is now dead.

Fwiw, I find out about virtually all my offers by routinely clicking the withdrawl button to see if I'm eligible for anything. They aren't communicated well.

Looks like it should definitely apply to all NJ players. Not sure about MI. May 9-15.
