Yea unfortunately contacting support on wpn is typically not possible. I never could get a hold of anyone on twitter
ACR Twitter blocked me after I made comments on Christmas Eve about how they failed to properly adjust the guarantees so they tanked their servers to avoid paying out overlay (after people had been playing for like 5 hours+) and then it happened again a few days later. Kinda funny to be blocked like highschool drama lol

When you make stupid comments like that then you deserve it. How you people live like you do i really dont know. It costs sites alot more money in revenue loss than it does in some overlays.

I had a good friend post a video that ACR required of him. Nobody ever contacted him back and his money ended up getting frozen. Very unfortunate. It was one of those videos where they require u to prove your identity
My affiliate is wpd, but they also assumed that all skins from WPN will be closed for German users.
So far, only ACR has published an official statement on Twitter and then informed all affected players by email.
However, I play on Pokerking and nothing came from them. I then contacted Pokerking support and received the following reply:

Just wondering if anyone can help here. I play on poker king. Had auto log in set for years. for some reason it failed and pw erased so cant log in now. I don't have access to the email associated with the account or even know it actually (they wont tell me what it is). I'm also not sure the phone number associated with the account and for sure don't have access to it. I've told them I can provide proof of residence and ID photo to confirm its my account but they don't want to know. They are saying that without the phone number I cannot regain access to the account. Anyone had experience with this or know how to solve this? I even have the email from when I created the account (the email has since been changed) but apparently that's not worth a thing.. Anyway, appreciate some help, sorry if this in the wrong place!
If you have the email from when you created the account how can you not know what email address you used?
The email address was later changed apparently. I have no idea what address I updated it to and have checked all known emails without success
Do they have support people that you can contact on social media? I know that some people have had luck going that route when needing help on Ignition/Bovada.
The disconnects on this site are starting to make it unplayable

Anyone else having an issue where the tournament lobby doesn't fully load? Been happening the past couple of days for me. Like it'll only show 10-15 tournaments.

Hi guys, I have the following problem. I played on ACR for nearly 2 years. On monday all german players were banned there. I changed to Pokerking and now they are kicking all germans on february 5th . Now pokerking told me , that I can´t pay out my money because I didn´t play enough there. What can I do? I would like to play there , but because of the regulation I am not allowed and I don´t have enough time to play my money "free" Any suggests? Thanks for your help.

Logged on today, went to check Rakeback and it now takes me to their Elite Program. This happen with anyone else and where did my rakeback program go?

When did you open your KING account? something like months ago or a few days ago? if you are not verified you cannot cash out.
if you registered a few days ago technically they should have told you that after a few days they would no longer let you play and therefore it wasn't worth it
