Of course, and I contacted LUXON yesterday and today.

Let me say a few points.

Firstly, I don't want to seem rude.
I have always been present at 2+2 and I have always seen that you are a great supporter of 888, helping people almost instantly.
I'm grateful for that.


Now, as a customer, I think it's a bit of negligence on 888's part.

I contacted LUXON, and they told me that they are in contact with you and that my money will probably not return to LUXON.

They said it would be deposited to my 888 account in 1 or 2 days.

Now you tell me that my money doesn't go back to 888 and goes back to LUXON

Unfortunately, this delay on 888's part in resolving these problems was what made me leave the site a few years ago and opt for other platforms.

Some time after leaving, I decided to return, because I would like to participate in the 888 tournaments, and on the first attempt, I had this type of problem.


I don't know if my money will go back to LUXON or go to 888, I know you are in contact with each other.

Now tell me, if return to Luxon, how will I know that I can deposit again and not go through the same frustration?

How can I know that I won't face any problems when withdrawing?

As a customer, I need to talk between 2 companies because I can't get a CLEAR answer.

Again, don't think I'm rude, I commend you for your great work, but a little frustrated with 888

Is anyone else struggling with 888Poker support?

They’ve locked my account with money in it and keep running me around in a circle, but also only answer supper every 2 days via email. The chat can’t help with anything.

It’s been weeks and they still keep asking identify verification questions, but I provide everything they want and it’s going around in circles. Starting to think they’re just trying to out wait me so I give up on my balance.

Any advice would be great.

The 16th january received an email from 888 that my account will be closed on 22/01/2024 because no longer offer Poker services to players located in Thailand.
I send an email the 17th january but received no answer yet , i am not in thailand at the moment , planned to comeback in april/may so how i can proceed to receive my money thx. pokeralias is dhuanc

I have been trying for 2.5 weeks to verify my identity on your website, with zero resolution. I send all the documents requested and yet there’s still delays at every steps, and the email support just stops answering. Chat hasn’t been helpful.

I’ll be honest, it seems like support is just trying to out wait me so that I give up on my funds that are stuck. It’s starting to feel a lot like theft.

I’ve been asking for the last week and a half to talk to a supervisor to get this resolved or an email other than the standard support so I get an answer more than every 48-96 hours.

Can you help me push this along?

Good afternoon everyone! I’ll describe my story with 888 poker: I had a blocked account (blocked without reason or explanation, I didn’t use or use any prohibited programs in online poker), after 1.5 years I decided to write to support to unblock my account, well, maybe they’ll come to their senses and thought about unblocking , wrote them the same letters for a month, the answer was positive, they asked me to send documents for confirmation and verification of the account, I sent them a letter that all restrictions were lifted (all letters of correspondence are available with account confirmation). But as soon as I made a deposit, they blocked my account, writing that our membership was terminated and the deposit will not be returned, they themselves allowed it and blocked it themselves after making the deposit (strange situation), I wrote to the commission but have not yet received an answer. 888pkoer it is useless to communicate, they are like robots, sending the same letters without justification or explanation. Help resolve the situation, unblock the account and return the deposit. Thanks in advance.


Did anyone also received wrong rakeback amount for last week?


My account was banned for some reason before (which I don't know), after my ban was removed. I've been asked to send new documents in order to finish verification which got me banned in the first place (at least I assume).
Which I couldn't finish for 1-2 months.
For a week I was collecting all kind of documents to send in 1 message. Everything which I have to finish that process. I sent
1)Note from the bank + selfie
2)electricity bill+selfie
3)tax invoice+selfie
4)passport+selfie + all kind of stamps with crossing borders
5)Thailand government notification of residence (TM30)
6)Rental agreement
7)Screens from Muchbetter and Skrill with same adress I have.
Response from operations department was


You can see my effort and try hard with this, however everything is absolutely hopeless. I sent water and phone bill before they also weren't accepted.
I don't know which criteria is Legible and how to find something which satisfy that department.
Some documents had local (Thailand language) which is normal for a country not having english as official language. But I don't think thats an issue, because couldve done notarized translation.

That's from sometime this month but they will be able to withdraw any funds they have in their accounts.
