It feels like i'm beat nonstop - should I be folding this?

My 3b is a little loose but the guy has been playing 20% of hands from EP

Yes. Easy exploit fold. Turn min XR's at this level are the nuts or close to it over 95% of the time.

I think preflop is a 100% fold unless you have a reason to 3b this specific guy. I also think the turn is almost always a check. Maybe always. Definitely not calling the xr.

right - are people using solvers pre-flop - i swear these regs don't miss - looking back at some of their hands. I doubt people can remember this stuff. Maybe i'm playing against bots.

preflop RFI is the easiest thing in the entire game.

ya i dunno about that - sometimes the solvers are different - they all seem to use the GTO wizard one - i'm used to the pokercoaching.com one

Agree with this

As far as turn, I think too much AJ or better and too little worse hands in villain’s range to justify betting, especially if they’re bad enough to call with offsuit AQ/AJ pre

Good turn fold tho OP, at this level they just have it far too often, especially in nit ring

As played I would x turn, hard to get value from worse ... As played I would also fold this is very rarely a bluff.

Preflop might be a pure fold, iirc GTO suggests AJo is like a 0ev 3bet in these positions. ATo would be slightly losing.

Check flop
