A valid strategy for getting ripped imo.

Quality of sleep is easily top 3 benefit of lifting heavy for me as well. My sleep is always better any day I lift

I’m with OP. If I train big compound stuff at night I can’t sleep for hours

I started taking melatonin at night and the change has been significant. It doesn't really put you to sleep or make you drowsy. But, I used to wake up several times a night and sometimes go right back to sleep, sometimes not. The wakings were not pee related either. Just sleep disruption. Since I started taking melatonin right before bed, I rarely wake up except to have to pee.

It has definitely made a difference for me.

Completely anecdotal but I've been drinking an electrolyte powder once per day (LMNT is the brand I use) and an indirect benefit to feeling more hydrated has been not drinking as much water closer to bed time, therefore less getting up to pee. Maybe something to add to your arsenal if you haven't already.

I guess my real question is: "Has anyone tried any OTC solutions? Any pharmaceuticals that don't screw up boners/gasms?"

I think you're unlikely to find too many here with first hand experience. This is something that only really becomes more than an annoyance to olds. I mean a lot older than most here. I'm thinking like around Cha's age.

Day 2 on Mirabegron 50mg/day. Day 1 noticed no change, got up 4 times to pee. Day 2 got up only once but it was a non training day so I typically get up less. But less than 2-3x on a training day is still an improvement. Could be pretty life changing if I can legit only get up to pee 1x/night even on training days.

Out of curiosity, is there any reason you picked that specific drug out of the many available options?

I guess in your initial description I missed the part about 4x/night. Damn. If I were up to that much I'd seek professional help rather than DIYing it. That sounds awful. I know you said your local options are horrible, but get on a plane and find someone if I had to.

Whatever your strategy, I hope you get it sorted.

b/c I google "which nocturia drug has the least side effects?" and then selected it. Lol. Doctors are mostly idiots who can be replaced by google. In my life I've met maybe 4 who informed me of something important that google couldn't, with one of them being my cosmetic surgeon ex gf.

I would dead seriously consider finding a Chinese doctor, hearing their recommendation, and then doing the furthest thing from that recommendation the next time I need professional medical advice.

Seems to be highly unlikely that in a country of over a billion people you happened to date one of the few non-useful ones.

Also seems unlikely that there isn't some urologist somewhere who could help you in some way.

I can definitely understand that accessing one may be complicated and annoying enough for you that you would want to try some stuff on your on first. However, if you're unsuccessful, you may want consider the normie approach of going to a urolgist. If I was pissing 4x/night I'd find one in USA#1, make an appointment, and be on the next flight to LAX.

I suppose I should clarify I mostly mean "gps" when i say doctors. I assume all the intelligent ones are in haemotology, dermatology, cosmetic medicine, endocrinology, and have some sort of specialization. There's probably a selection problem with the least capable doctors all becoming GP/family/pediatric doctors.

She was one of the few useful ones, believe it or not. Now she's off performing illegal surgeries at black market hospitals pressuring young girls into high interest loans to afforthey can repay by going to work at affiliated KTVs giving BJs and stuff. It is what it is.

Pretty cool! I haven't WLed for 10 years but I still would consider buying his "weightlifting programming auto-biography". Clarence is such a freak, but even he had a limit and ended up regressing from overtraining in Poland. Plus I'd like to support him financially since I've enjoyed tf out of his content since he first ever started uploading. AFAIk he keeps is super basic with PEDs, just test+tren and then orals when peaking. PEDs don't need to be complex for young athletes who can tolerate basically everything; it only starts getting more complicated when you're old and cna't just take anything and everything and have your health barely affected because you are made of titanium when you are 24.

(thumbnail is misleading, he did heavy 5x5 4x/wk with a day off and another very light day. And obv he didn't do this for extended periods of time an alternated with more classical lift and lighter squatting focused phases. And he says near the end of the video explicitly that nobody should do this program and it was dumb and squatting 2x/wk is fine.)

So I recently went to the doctor. She provided a basic first line treatment for my illness. When I went back she ordered rudimentary testing in line with modern guidance and also issued a script for symptoms I was having. (You know the whole part where its on me to describe what is wrong.) And followed that up with a clear plan of action for what to do if my symptoms continue. (See specialist.)

I'm not sure what she could have done better. She was also a hot waman in her 30s.

Actually aside from some dipshit who tried to sell me PRP I've had pretty much only positive experience with all the MDs I've interacted with in the last decade or so.

Probably some correlation with people educated under a more Western style rather than lol Commies. Weirdly the head of the pulmology center is another waman in her late 30s/early 40s. If I had to speak to some doctor who was being told CTM is a real thing at "med school", I'd prob flip **** half the time as well. Granted I almost laughed at the guy who suggested I do PRP.

I can't keep track of where you are. How close was this doc that you just saw to the nearest Buc-ee's?

Also what's CTM?

About 7000 miles.

Chinese Traditional Medicine. The chicoms have been pushing it as actual medicine for years and the WHO is on board: https://www.who.int/publications/i/item/... It is a major and reasonable criticism of the WHO and how deeply entwined they are with the chicom narrative. It is obviously all woo, but their chicom overlords have dictated that they consider it "actual medicine", which then leads to people having questions around COVID due to this relationship. Which is not an unreasonable position.

In the latest deeb interview he admits to stacking test + deca + mounjaro + clomid to get the buyout offer.

I like it, he took Perkins for 800k.

Donkey Polk gotten taken for 200k, he obviously hired the wrong people.

Deeb still delusional though, thinks he has tons of lbm. Lol, still looks like he has never touched a barbell.

so test and deca despite no lifting?

No GH?

He was "lifting"

He said his research on GH indicated it wasn't safe.

I didn't follow this thing at all, but LOL at all that **** being allowed in a wt loss prop. Was there no limit? Could he have gotten gastric bypass surgery too?

Frieren is a really great anime. It's more Tolkein than the latest 2 adaptations of Tolkein's material despite being an anime not ostensibly based on Tolkein. I can see why it's skyrocketed to number 1 on My ANime List. It's a unique concept to make a show about a journey of mourning instead of a journey of revenge and its resonating with audiences who want a high fantasy setting but something more emotionalfeelings and less swords and guts.

Where'd you find the interview?

Feels like much of that stuff should have been outlawed if the purpose of the bet was "health" (evosignal.jpg), though if you present it as the binary of "take all that stuff and get down to sub-200 or remain fat" then it's likely a pretty easy choice.

I'll be interested to see what he looks like if/when he reaches 17%.

It's a fairly new interview on pokernews, Shaun deeb 800k interview.
