I agree with your right to protect your actual home, self and family. I expect you agree with that. I recognize that as fairly yours and yours to defend, but I don't respect your right to police like who is allowed to walk down the street in front of my house, perhaps thousands of miles away from you and that's what you want to do.

You just assume "ownership" of what is legally recognized by some laws (the US laws) as being the equivalent of some natural law that a decent person should respect.

i would venture to guess that every nation on the planet has immigration laws, it's not something that is unique to the united states.

immigration on net is a massive winner for the USA but they averaging the stem PhD coming from India and china with some not very good people coming from other places...

you can do better with a filter for the people that don't fit in, a very strict one.

The words "The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States." are not some moral truth that should just be accepted with the only justification being that's the way it is and that's what people with guns enforce.

borders are necessary. so is protecting them. part of that is not letting anyone in at any time.

The kind of exercise that you're doing in the first two questions is a useful exercise and can be informative, but it's not actually some kind of recipe for coming up with a good solution in and of itself. There are rights and principles in the world which conflict and have limits. You're making an impossible premise which may demonstrate that it's not theoretically impossible for me to say "no this is too much", but it's an impossible situation. I'm not even an absolutist in open borders necessarily as is, just relative to you and pretty much everyone else here and so much so that it's not worth getting into.
