As far as I am concerned, jmitch was the first to accept the offer of $1500 so he is the only mod I'd step down for. The condition I stated was it had to go into the mods personal account prior to me stepping down. If the mod then wants to donate it to charity that's his business. And lastly the time period btwn jmitch starting on Labor Day and me stepping down has to be addressed. I'm not willing to just leave ganstaman on his own for 5 months.

So that's the deal as far as I'm concerned. I guess Bobo would have to be involved in all of this as an approval authority.
