These are our baselines. We're not reinventing the wheel here. If you aren't sure if something is acceptable to post, its better to ask first. If you think someone is posting something that violates the above guidelines, please report it or PM me rather than responding in kind.
To reiterate some of the points:
1. No personal attacks. This is a broad instruction, but, in general, we want to focus on attacking an argument rather than the poster making it. It is fine to say a post is antisemitic; it is not okay to call someone an antisemite over and over. If you believe someone is making antisemitic posts, report them or PM me. The same goes for calling people "baby killers" and "genocide lovers". You are allowed to argue that an action supports genocide or that the consequences of certain policies results in the death of children, but we are no longer going to be speaking to one another's intentions. It is not productive to the conversation and doesn't further any debate.
2. Racist posts and other bigoted statements that target a particular group or individuals of such groups with derogatory comments are not allowed. This should not need further explanation.
3. Graphic Images need to be in spoilers with a trigger warning.
4. Wishing Harm on other posters will result in an immediate timeout.
5. Genocidal statements such as "Kill 'em all" etc, are no longer permissible in the thread.
If anyone has any questions about the above, please PM me. I don't want a discussion about the rules to derail the content of this thread. If anything needs clarifying, I will do that in this thread.

hamas will have realised by now that these hostages are the last chance they'll ever have to fulfil their godly duty and murder a defenseless jew - the temptation must be very difficult to resist, which probably explains the dwindling numbers of live hostages
the military men and women are POWs. I dont think Hamas is willing to send back active military women. Hamas, like Iran, are actually woke.

how many of those are with islamic jihad? how many are dead? how many are missing?
again those that want a ceasefire -- israel should ceasefire without hostages?
and even Biden, who has been super critical lately, not only was expecting 40 hostages but that was only phase 1. there are supposed to be 2 more phases to the ceasefire
if they cannot even find 40 for phase 1, phase 2 and phase 3 will not happen

As a constituent and supporters of ADL, I urge you to cosponsor and quickly pass the Countering Antisemitism Act – the most comprehensive antisemitism initiative ever to be introduced in Congress – to implement the National Strategy to Counter Antisemitism and ensure its policies and infrastructure are made permanent.
Following years of ADL advocacy, in May 2023 the White House published the historic National Strategy to Counter Antisemitism which for the first time elevated the fight against antisemitism to a federal priority.
Unfortunately, ADL is tracking a historic increase in antisemitic incidents not seen in a generation. In the aftermath of Hamas’s deadly attack on October 7th, ADL tracked a dramatic surge of antisemitism. From October 7 to January 7, ADL recorded an unprecedented spike in antisemitic incidents across the U.S. – documenting 3,291 antisemitic incidents around the country – representing a 361-percent increase compared to the same period one year prior. The three-month tally is higher than the total number of antisemitic incidents tracked in any year in the last decade except for calendar year 2022.
In light of this, the National Strategy remains more important than ever. This critical plan contains the blueprint for the comprehensive whole-of-society and whole-of-government change needed to tackle antisemitism successfully. As we reach the conclusion of the strategy’s 12-month timeline, we must guarantee the important programs within the plan continue to protect Jewish lives.
As a concerned stakeholder, I urge you to cosponsor and quickly pass the Countering Antisemitism Act to ensure the important strategy lives on beyond any one Administration. Congress and the White House must continue to meet the moment of rising hate by educating the public about antisemitism and all its modern manifestations, using the full force of the federal government to oppose rising antisemitism, positively celebrating Jewish Americans, and overseeing the full implementation of the National Strategy to Counter Antisemitism as a multi-year whole-of-government and whole-of-society effort.
The Countering Antisemitism Act will (1) create a National Coordinator to Counter Antisemitism in the White House, (2) form a dedicated Task Force to meet regularly on efforts to fight antisemitism, (3) promote Holocaust education, and (4) address the scourge of antisemitism that we are seeing in colleges and universities across the country.

I’m sure it would, but my commentary wasn’t meant to apply on a micro scale. If we could humanize every individual we obviously wouldn’t have wars like this. To me, your video is anecdotal at best and beside the point I was making.

Jews in Iran are doing a lot better than Christians in the Occupied Territories. And certainly better than Palestinians.
The internal pressures are likely to be huge and growing. I hope biden is trying to stop it escalating but in the end the truth doesn't matter much.
