These are our baselines. We're not reinventing the wheel here. If you aren't sure if something is acceptable to post, its better to ask first. If you think someone is posting something that violates the above guidelines, please report it or PM me rather than responding in kind.
To reiterate some of the points:

4. Wishing Harm on other posters will result in an immediate timeout.
5. Genocidal statements such as "Kill 'em all" etc, are no longer permissible in the thread.
If anyone has any questions about the above, please PM me. I don't want a discussion about the rules to derail the content of this thread. If anything needs clarifying, I will do that in this thread.

Israel wants the Palestinians out of Gaza (which is explicitly ethnic cleansing, but that's a discussion for another day).
Also, if the Palestinians are forced into refugee camps in Egypt, the IDF will magically discover hidden Hamas bases like they always do there and they'll start bombing them. None of this is terribly complicated. Israel wants the land and Bibi needs a perpetual crisis to stay in power.

There have been Palestinian refugee camps in Jordan since 1948 (lol Jordan and lol unrwa for allowing 80 year camps)

There are far right Ministers akin to Marjorie Taylor Greene who've said some nonsense. They hold zero real political sway in the war cabinet. But the core of the Israeli military and political system has had no such plans. And before Oct 7th actually, the Bibi plan was "let them stay there forever as long as they don't blow us up".
That was part of the problem actually, and it just allowed them to prepare for the Oct 7th attack at their own pace. But Bibi's entire political system had ZERO concerns about Gazans staying it Gaza. It suited them just fine.
Since Oct 7th, their plan is to get Hamas. They've made no secrets. But everything beyond that telegraphs a military presence while Gazans stay, and then finding some Arab body to oversee them while again, they stay.
I'll be curious to see the work you present, because to my knowledge it doesn't exist.

It's done to try to hurt people in this thread, and it's a propoganda tool. The words occupied and apartheid and illegal have been used so often that many people believe it
This is a near defunct 1990s poker message board, so I am not really buying that it’s a propaganda tool. But certainly it seems directed to insult and harm others. But this idea of using the words so often that people believe it is counter to what I am saying - I can’t conceive that it’s realistically going to sway anyone’s opinion here

How sure are you the narrative of not enough aid getting through is correct? We have been hearing everyone is being starved to death for about 5 months now. Yet you see pictures of Gaza (not the propaganda ones Victor posts, but real ones of people walking around) and it doesn't look at all like the narrative is saying it does.
And this doesn't even factor in how Hamas is stealing as much of the aid as they can, often by shooting Palesti
100% sure and I did the rudimentary math before. There physically isn’t enough calories getting through even if all the trucks are filled with calorie dense grains, which we know they are not.

Here you go again leaving out half the story. It was very much a 2 way street. There were moderate Jewish Zionists who looked for fellow Arabs to create some sort of secular state where Jews and Arabs could live side by side in peace, but the Arabs of that time wanted none of it.
They were completely captivated with the ethnofascism movements in Europe (especially Naziism), and all they wanted was to kick all the Jews, British and Communists (lots of Venn diagram overlap in the Arab mind between these 3 groups) out of the Middle East to make the region Pan-Arab. And even when fascism was defeated in WWII, instead of embracing liberalism like West Germany and Italy, the Arabs doubled down on their fascistic, antisemitic ideals. And then at the end of the 20th century pivoted to Islamism and here we are.
I think you would be absolutely surprised how accommodating the Israelis would be if the Arabs/Palestinians gave them something to work with. But they have given them nothing, And now the Arabs/Palestinians are getting the blowback from their decades of hate, intolerance, belligerence, and maximalist demands.

That is what happened in Iraq, Syria, Sudan, Ethiopia, Ukraine and 100 other conflicts. This is the first (and hopefully last) conflict where the collective hive mind has decided it is actually a bad idea to remove civilians from active war zones.
