5. Genocidal statements such as "Kill 'em all" etc, are no longer permissible in the thread.
If anyone has any questions about the above, please PM me. I don't want a discussion about the rules to derail the content of this thread. If anything needs clarifying, I will do that in this thread.

No, I think the NYT story was debunked. The issue the thread is having is that they're arguing in binary, where there was either NO rape or there was coordinated MASS rape, and the reality is it was somewhere in between.

I was talking about NYT posting a blatant propaganda piece, and I was confused about whether or not people still believed it, after it had been exposed as made up BS
I also thought we all agreed rape is universally bad, like torture, nuclear weapons, murder..... I didn't think this was anything that ever needed to be argued about
and also, I'm assuming we all agree that the NYT posting a blatant made up story about mass rape in order to drum support for genocidal campaign of land stealing is bad... right?

I have absolutely no clue what moral points either side is trying to score here. Maybe the guys butchering toddlers also committed some rapes, maybe they didn't? Can anyone explain why they're so invested in proving one side or the other of this?
Because out in the real world, there are people who would change their mind on I VS P depending on this, because people are like that.
Typically it would be leftist women who are pro Palestine/Hamas but who can't keep being pro them if mass rapes by Hamas become the narrative.

Here we simply discuss with 0 interest in convincing others in this forum (as with every other topic), but it's like a sparring training arena for all the conversations we have with not-so-much-online normies which we can convince.
I think it's very moral to spend my time to prep to become better at changing people opinion toward what I think is moral, and I see this place, among others, as a good arena to train for that.
Alternatively the UN should invade Israel, arrest its political leaders and miliary chiefs and escort them to The Hague for trial for war crimes while enforcing the 1967 borders.

in USA(and I think Canada too, but not sure) there is a legal loophole making it basically ok for American citizens to kill tribe members on reservations. it's a glaring hole, easily fixed, but no one fixes it because indigenous lives are not important enough
the loophole is that tribal governments are not allowed to prosecute American citizens.
so basically white men can rape, kill, torture brown women on reservations with impunity
this is because of USA law... it doesn't allow "tribal authorities to put in effort"
also USA law doesn't let it "put in effort" to punish crimes committed on reservations. so again, it's fine to kill brown women

Israel sucks but I don't think they can compete in the baby killing category of NK. But Israel is killing with military power when they have an option not to. NK does it because they are dumb as ****ing rocks and people end up starving while being barricaded.

We've asked this before, I just want to check in to see if that's the criteria for deciding genocide. How many of your own died BEFORE you respond. Because based on recent history, this seems to be the message I'm getting.
