You walk in a room and it has two poker tables. At one, the players are all wearing MAGA hats. At the other, they are all chanting Biden, Biden, Biden. Which table do you sit at?

I'd guess equally fishiness, but more aggressive. So sit with MAGA table if you have the roll. Say something about Obama early on to get them gunning for you.
I can always bond with maga people over our mutual hatred of Biden and the Dems... and I'll throw in "republicans are even worse", and usually they eagerly that both parties are despicable, and we can leave it there and don't go into all the specifics of why both parties are so awful
but honestly, we really do all agree on a lot of really basic things, like.....
people should have healthcare
people should have access to justice, equality, freedom, education, safety, clean water, etc

People say this and "TDS" a lot online, but I don't get it. Never seen a democrat flying Trump flags, buying his merch, donating to his campaign, attending his rallies, I could see saying that American media is obsessed with him, but Democrat voters? How so? I spent most of last week visiting family and listening to them bring up Trump repeatedly. His name didn't come out of my mouth or any of my left-leaning family members mouths.

There was a guy at my poker table yesterday watching something on his phone and he started cheering and it was when Donald Trump walked out at some sort of rally?
So I asked if he went to the rally at Trump Tower in Vegas the other day and he said, "I'm not obsessed with the guy" or something like that.
Sure, that makes sense. If 3 years ago had dropped his campaign and stopped doing appearances, Desantis was the nominee, do you not think the top threads would mostly be about him? There are a lot of mischaracterizations to be had if we only looked at reddit as a source.
Regardless of wher you are on the political spectrum, can we not agree that it's kinda funny we've got a guy running for president with 34 felonies that did not testify who years ago said being under investigation should disqualify you from being president?
And who started an insurrection. If scotus didn't overturn Colorado decision we might have a president in prison who was disqualified from being president by several states.

I've been seeing in some conservative circles that Biden will use this to nope out of the debates. This is comical to me. Biden will be frothing at the mouth to repeat to millions of people that Trump is a convicted felon. Why in the world would he back out? Others have said that Biden's insistence on having early debates was so that he can get this exact messaging out there early and often. That seems way more likely.
