These are our baselines. We're not reinventing the wheel here. If you aren't sure if something is acceptable to post, its better to ask first. If you think someone is posting something that violates the above guidelines, please report it or PM me rather than responding in kind.
To reiterate some of the points:

2. Racist posts and other bigoted statements that target a particular group or individuals of such groups with derogatory comments are not allowed. This should not need further explanation.
3. Graphic Images need to be in spoilers with a trigger warning.
4. Wishing Harm on other posters will result in an immediate timeout.
5. Genocidal statements such as "Kill 'em all" etc, are no longer permissible in the thread.
If anyone has any questions about the above, please PM me. I don't want a discussion about the rules to derail the content of this thread. If anything needs clarifying, I will do that in this thread.

Four Israeli hostages kidnapped by Hamas from the Nova music festival during the group’s 7 October attacks have been rescued, Israel’s army has announced.
Those rescued are Noa Argamani, 25, Almog Meir Jan, 21, Andri Kozlov, 27, and Shlomi Ziv, 40, the Israel Defense Forces said.
They were rescued in a joint “complex” daytime operation, conducted with Israel Securities Authority and Israel Police, from two separate locations in Nuseirat, central Gaza, the IDF said.

What I think is clear (at least to me) is that Hamas leadership wanted the hostages to be all kept alive and treated fairly well, because they actually wanted to have leverage and they intended to release them at some point if they achieved what they wanted (or enough of it).
Would make strategic sense much more than raping them and/or killing them.
But in many cases the local terrorists , raped and/or killed them anyway against the will of the leaders living in villas in Qatar.
And ofc some were killed by Israel bombing of Hamas compounds.

There isn't a single action by the Israeli gvmnt since 10 7 that in any way or form required mass raping (which did occur) to have occurred to be morally justified, the killing of 1200 people was more than enough to justify everything Israel did (and would have justified doing a lot more than that obviously).
And of course the very moderate, extremely controlled, Israeli response which killed the lowest ratio of non combatants in the history of urban warfare, wasn't a genocide.

Meanwhile
Bodies of at least 55 Palestinians killed in Israeli attacks on Al-Nuseirat and other areas in central Gaza, and dozens wounded, in the attacks, arrived on Saturday at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, the health ministry said.
The hospital, one of the only hospitals still functioning in Gaza, has been currently operating via one power generator and could go out of service while dozens of injured were still on the streets, a spokesperson from the health ministry said in front of the hospital.
