Flop I use b25 but it's meh whatever

Turn is fine either way

River the same, I would lean towards betting more with spade and checking more without; as for size anything b25-b66 seems good

Flop:

I think its an easy big bet spot, all draws brick its easy to get called by bluffcatchers like jacks, tens, maybe 88s or 77s or queens or rarely ace high with relevant blockers,
getting jammed on is rare but pretty ugly but most likely a profitable fold in that scenario as missed spades rarely bluff jam over big bets
can argue block betting small and inducing from something like missed spades but i believe that line is a lesser ev line in the long run than to just bet big

Preflop - I think the 4bet size is a bit small for 166bbs deep, I think 26-30bb would be better. As it is he has enough stack depth to call wide in position.

Flop and turn seem fine.

River - I think bet will be best as there is so much QQ, JJ, TT that will just check back but potentially call a bet. All-in would be 1.6x pot or so, which seems a bit of an overplay. I think about 60% or so would be best, folding to a jam.
