ex-President Trump
I assume it's still acceptable to have a Trump thread in a Politics forum?
So this is an obvious lie - basically aimed at low-info Boomers like my religions aunts. I have two questions:
a) Is anyone here who supports Trump bothered by lies like this?
b) Does anyone know what he's even talking about here? Like is there some grain of truth that he's embellishing on bigly?

A jury in NY seemed to think Trump interfered with it.
What is "election hacking" and when did it happen?
At the highest point of his presidency, Trump had a 49% approval rating, which is the lowest peak since this started being measured, in 1937.

What does military JAG officers at an inauguration have to do with overall popularity? If you want to claim he was the most popular with them specifically, I wouldn't object. But even that just shows he was popular with them prior to taking office.
Come on, man, if you're gonna be a troll, at least be a smart troll.
The case in NY had nothing at all to do with Trump interfering with an election. It was about President Trump labeling a legal expense as a legal expense (paying a lawyer to draw up NDA docs to stop someone from talking about having an affair with him, whether it was true or not) and he was even found guilty for labeling a legal expense as a legal expense.
However, on the other hand, the media and the signatures of 51 Intel Officials (including the FBI) who swore that the laptop from hell was just fake Russian disinformation was certainly election interference since they knew at the time it was real and it would have changed the election.
Yikes. You should really probably read the court transcripts before saying anything about that case. Election interference was one of the things they had to demonstrate to make sure the falsification of business documents charge was first degree - ie they had to show it was in connection to committing or concealing another crime (election interference in this case). The catch and kill scheme that he and Michael Cohen engaged in was at the heart of that.
Heck, this image is taken right from the Manhattan DA's website summary of the case:
You still dodging d2_e4's question and my explanation of why rally attendance doesn't translate to votes?
No. They never disclosed what that other crime was that Trump was supposedly trying to hide.
I agree. and this is a great example of my point; there were multiple parties attempting to illegally throw the election in favor of one candidate or the other.
russians weaponizing facebook to get their favorite compromised politician into the oval office. They made fake targeted ads about hillary that convinced people not to vote for her. They created a whole fake anti bernie movement. They made fake electoral college maps and said look how the dems are stealing the country!
I agree
also why do people think that the same people who attend rallies are the same people who vote, and at a ratio of 1:1?
That's 51 private citizens who were formerly intelligence officials, right?
hiding it from the public makes it an federal election crime ?
I don't know who fed you that lie, but you shouldn't believe them ever again. The image I showed you discloses it quite clearly, and that image has been on the DA's website for over a year. It was clearly detailed in the case which you can learn by reading the transcripts. Stop believing liars and you will have a much easier time in life.
So Playbig, is it fair to say that according to you, photographs from "state controlled media" are genuine when they show large crowds for Trump and fake otherwise? That sort of big-brain thinking is "just you", right?
You said "election interference and election hacking". What you described above sounds like election interference. I am asking what "election hacking" is and what was hacked.
im sorry I shouldnt of said hacking in that way.
the only election that I am sure was hacked was bush gore and they hacked the diebold machines.
I need help. Which posts are over the line and need to be moved to the conspiracy thread?
I have a rule in my email that automatically moves emails from certain colleagues from my inbox to a special folder (not "Deleted Items", but close). Perhaps we could consider something similar here for certain posters.
if you do that then please remove fringe from the title
What's the significance of this flag avatar you and Victor are now using?
Well, I love my country first and foremost
I'll change it in 24 hrs but I don't think we should be making fun of IDF soldier (or Palestinian fighter) being killed on camera
What does this have to do with the flag avatar?
We are all fgators
Neither the 2020 nor the 2016 elections were fraudulent. Not saying they were perfect, but claims that the votes were materially different from what was reported are just false and do qualify as fringe conspiracy theories.
idk, pw is a master at finger banging women to climax, i think we should hear him out
Dumb question but how come trump is the most popular president in history and yet lost twice by a big margin the popular vote ?
Hell , trump even lost the popular vote vs the “beloved” Hilary Clinton …
That doesn’t sound popular to me at all shrug .
But with your staggering infaillible logic you could explain that to me ?
Ah yes election got stolen , even when he wins in 2016 with the least votes ….
Thats popularity .
So u can’t even named the policies he will do , not what he did in 2016-2020.
Yes his old policies are public record .
Biggest deficit for 1 term.
Biggest covid death among world nations .
That something to be proud of .
I won’t even speak about the illegal actions he did as president trying to overthrow the election…
That morality all right .
Maybe the 11th commandments is to sleep with hookers ?
Or to fraud people/ governments ?
