The Dem elected officials who tried to get Biden to drop out did a really bad job. Full disclosure I want Dems to win and am pretty indifferent on Biden or Harris gives the best chance. But people saying Biden can’t win and that’s why he should drop out are just wrong. No elected official seems to have the guts to say they won’t vote for Biden because of his performance, so of course he’s going to stay in. No politician would give up the big seat to give their party 20, 30 or 40 % more equity. And they should know that.

Impossible to say, but I would bet it’s true. It’s not like their lives will suck if the other party wins. If you’re dependent on Obamacare to let you buy insurance or have dreamers in your immediate circle sure you’d probably give up that 40% to have a dem win. But politicians will be fine no matter which party wins.

It's an extremely complciated question. Obviously if you're just taking money away then the business is less profitable but if that money is spent in a way that improves roads, internet, energy, educated staff, affluence of customers, reducing crime, preventing invasions etc etc then maybe it's more profitable.

If I’m starting from a logical standpoint .
