Wait, that's what people carry on about? With all this "Cackling Kamala" stuff, I was expecting something super annoying, or laughing at inappropriate times. But if that's the worst "Libs of TikTok" can come up with, and I'm sure they were trying hard, I'd say Trump and the right wing derposphere would be wise to find some different put-downs. I find it hard to imagine that bothering anyone that doesn't already dislike her, at least not enough to affect their vote. Knocking her for laughing too much just makes them seem petty IMO.
Laughing while listing her accomplishments is intensely annoying and seemed...inappropriate? Absurd? I haven't heard that much of her, but I have heard that. It's obnoxious and doesn't feel sincere at all. I'm not sorry for wanting my commander in chief to exude sincerity. Which is a main reason why I support Gretchen Whitmer.

For example. She was named, or claimed the title of A.I. Czar. How much has she learned about A.I. and machine learning since? Time will tell...if it's zero that's evidence of poor leadership.

People (by the thousands) were showing up to vote and told they've already voted.
Tens of thousands of "Mail in Ballots" were dropped off in self drop boxes all over the country, something that's never happened before and there were questions about the accuracy of the votes (especially when 99% of them were for sleepy joe).
What President Trump was asking on 1/6 was a 10 day pause to let the states investigate all the fraud allegations and to see if there was anything to it. No one was trying to "overturn" the election if sleepy joe won fairly.
She was good enough for trump and his wife to donate a few thousands of dollars to her campaign a few years back.

There's a difference between raising money to pay bail for peaceful protestors who get arrested versus bail for arsonists. Should we also blackball anybody who raises money for legal aid or the Innocence Project because they are raising money for "criminals and murderers?"

The Biden team and much of the DNC was terrified about creating chaos if Biden stepped down without an immediate presumed nominee. I can guarantee that Biden made the decision to withdraw several business days before the announcement, during which they were working behind the scenes to line up support for Harris. So, all the hype and rapid endorsements are just the preset dominoes falling. You're right that it's out of proportion to the amount of excitement Harris probably deserves, but there is also a ton of pent up angst about Biden ever since his debate, and democrats are breathing a collective sigh of relief that we don't need to spend the next several months hanging on every word that comes out of his mouth in hopes that it isn't a gaffe.
That said, this is a much better moment for Harris than 2020. The political environment on the left made it really hard to run on your record as a prosecutor. Harris had to contort her message to try to play to the left wing of the party, which was very unnatural for her and came off as pretty disingenuous. Harris can be more herself now. And yeah, that involves some laughing, big whoop.

Whatever is going on with her neck it reminds me of The Kurgen from Highlander. On a more substantive note, when she was cackling about fining and jailing low income parents in response to their children's truancy she was acting evil and it came off as her natural state. The idea that someone like that could possibly just float to the presidency without even running a viable campaign or accomplishing anything in their life besides social climbing is scary. She is a product of the system we've developed which is orthogonal to meritocracy, driven by symbolism, media manipulation, and hushed alignment with concentrated capital.
