personally if I was biden/kamala I would use the new supreme court ruling to charge trump with the classified documents crime and I would say its an issue of national security that cannot be overlooked or repeated.

Because people believed Biden was the best shot at beating Trump. That's it. Most people thought Biden was the safest choice, and the priority was exorcising the evil from the office. Also, add another instance of you not understanding what "forced" means to the tally.

PA Governor Shapiro would be the best choice followed by MI Governor Whitmer.
Both states are up for grabs and Shapiro who I'm guessing is Jewish would basically mean that Kamala could get away with taking both sides in the Israel situation. It is rare that a VP could have national implications but Shapiro might. AZ and VA have 1.7% Jewish population. MI and MN have 1.2%. NV has 2.6%. WI though has only 0.6%. And of course PA has 3.3% and Shapiro is very popular in PA. I think Kelly would have very little effect outside of AZ.
Having two women on the ticket could lead to some defections but Whitmer would definitely help win MI. In theory she could also help with other nearby states like MN, WI, and even PA.
In AZ Kamala is currently trailing Trump by 6 points in two of the three recent polls (she is down by 8 in the other one) and would have been tough for Biden as well this year. The AZ governor is a Democrat but having that seat come up again for a vote could be a problem also.
The early polling could be off though. We have yet to see how Trump avoids being too old for the job given all of the jabs at Biden.

My initial impulse was gotta be Shapiro but the reality is Shapiro probably delivers a single state and nothing more. Granted, it’s a critical state, but Kelly helps in multiple battlegrounds
There’s a pretty good chance she was going to resign no matter what and decided to take the heat before Congress so deputy whoever wouldn’t have to start off taking arrows from both sides. Like Bunny Colvin in the wire nah mean

What states do you think Kelly would help with aside from AZ?
I think Shapiro can help in a lot of battleground states like VA, MI, MN, and NV (though I think its not close right now) specifically because he is Jewish. If FL were close it could have made a difference there as well.
