Property that Trump owns is naturally going to increase in value over time. As to the rest….if they had anything on him your article would have doomed him in long ago. See how easily the tossed the trials against him once he became the nominee. If his Russian scams and ties were so true why didn’t they just toss it out already?

I watched a couple speeches from late 2022 and early 2023 and he was still sharp as a tack. Pacing around the stage with energy, playing off the crowds, no script. His decline does seem quite rapid to me

What about Jan-Jun 2024 when he was still sharp as a tack, commanding the room, boundless energy. He was able to easily wrap up the delegates. Decline started at debate?

But as one final FU Kamala/Biden outmaneuvered him when Biden endorsed Kamala; so here we are.

Mark Kelly would have had some problems.
He spoke at my daughter's high school graduation prior to being a Senator and it was boring basically. His wife was there and she spoke briefly (because she can barely speak after the bullet shot in her head) and she was better.
It is possible he would be a better candidate but who knows?
Right now Kamala Harris is doing phone calls every night on Zoom. On Sunday night about 90,000 black woman attended. On Monday night 50,000 black men attended. She is going to do a Hispanic woman call, an Asian woman call and then a white woman call. I'm guessing she will try her appeals to Asian men, Hispanic men, and probably White men (I might actually listen).
So far as a result there are over 100,000 new campaign volunteers. and tens of thousands of new voters registered.

My thinking is Dem powers basically told Joe, listen just back out and we'll let you carry on your legacy and finish your term. If you don't back out, we're going to amp up the pressure to 25th you.
